Nice hotel.
The location is gorgeous. 3 minutes from the train station/metro/ tram.
Sofia, cisterns, Topkapi are just around the corner. We walked daily.
There is a Migros nearby. There you can pay with an Istanbul card if you have money left on the travel card.
The hotel is not located on a hill, it is good to walk.
There is a chic restaurant on
the roof overlooking the city and the sea. The prices are high, but it's worth going for a cup of coffee at lunch.
The staff is excellent, the cleaning is good.
Every day they were treated to lukum, coffee, tea, and dry cream.
Everything worked well, cleanly.
The set included a washcloth, shampoos.
Among the disadvantages: the wifi was a little slow.
I didn't like the blanket- it was a sheet and a bedspread. It was cold at night.
They asked to bring - they brought a second thin blanket of the same kind.
We lived in a room with a window overlooking the courtyard. Overall, it's not very quiet. There is noise from the working ventilation systems of neighboring buildings, the tram signal and dishes.
But in general, this did not interfere and is not a disadvantage.
They never reached the hamam.
The breakfasts are ordinary. There is a selection of vegetables and cheeses. A selection of eggs, omelets, potatoes, yoghurts, cereals, sausages.
Delicious pastries and cookies, fruits.
I didn't like the coffee. But special thanks to the staff, who, knowing that we love him, brought him before our request.

Excellent location of the hotel, 10 minutes to Sultanahmet Square, Blue Mosque and Ayyar Sofia. The staff is responsive and polite. There is an employee at the reception who speaks quite passably in Russian, who does not speak English. The breakfasts are quite decent: sliced, a wide variety of cheeses, omelette, eggs, (no porridge), fruits, pastries. The rooms are clean (bathrobes, slippers are available). Swimming pool, sauna, hammam - included in the room rate (the pool, of course, is small, but nevertheless). For an additional fee.Massages can be arranged for a fee. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby.

I have been choosing a hotel for a very long time, I chose this hotel based on reviews and did not lose. The location is excellent, the main attractions can be reached on foot. When you come in, you immediately feel comfortable, the staff is very friendly, always ready to help, the rooms are good, cleaned every day. Good noise isolation. Excellent breakfasts, my wife and I always ate enough before dinner. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam and hydro massage, after long walks what you need. There is a beautiful restaurant on the roof with a good view, we went up once, just to see, I can't say anything about the food. In general, the hotel is excellent, I recommend it, if we go to Istanbul again, then only to this hotel.
