We contacted the agency in June to the manager Nadezhda! The tour was chosen quickly and with the best price (we flew from Minsk to Hurghada Egypt). Nadezhda is a true professional in her field. Advised and notified about every change (if any) in the tour. She also gave very good advice on finding and arriving in this country. We really liked the hotel itself, we took 5*. In general, we had a great rest. We arrived in Minsk on August 2, 2021. The memories are gorgeous and all thanks to Hope. Now we will fly to the seas only with this travel agency and with Hope. Signed the contract on 5.11.20 at 18.30. Manager Julia. A ticket with a check-in code is issued 2-3 days before departure. The tour is burning. Departure 7.11. at 5 a.m. In the evening, after signing the contract, manager Yulia immediately left her workplace, as I contacted the company's office at about 19.00 with a request to give me a code to check in for the flight. Unsuccessfully. The company's office starts work at 10.00. I contacted the office at 10.00, but there was no response. At 11:00, I called the office myself and Julia gave me information in raised tones that she had just come to work (at 11:00!!!) and you don't have to report to me. I objected that the contract was concluded with the company. and not with manager Julia! She demanded the director's phone number. I was refused and told that they would not talk to me at all. Rudeness. That's the attitude towards customers. Yes, I contacted them once in the summer to buy a tour for a family of 5 people and also got to the same manager and then I ordered a tour elsewhere. So think 100 times before contacting this company. I already regret that I applied (it was closer to home to go at the end of the working day). No one has ever talked to me like that before. I'm sorry, but I left 1,785 rubles in the company and only asked for a ticket or just a code for registration, I should not be tied to the manager's working time (and if she is on a day off today, then accordingly I will not fly). Yes, the service is "on top".

The only negative thing when we were driving back, the freight forwarder turned on the TV for some reason and started watching the series at full volume when the whole bus was asleep or dozing.
