We stayed at this hotel in December 2024, the hotel is average, from the word at all, the room was standard with a small window that looked out onto the opposite wall, of course there was no balcony, there was nowhere to dry the laundry, there was no hair dryer either, they were given at the reception upon request, the bar was generally a laugh, a large bathtub with yellowish water, breakfast so-so, it's the same and cold every day, and the dining room is located right at the reception, there's no hygiene, we all got sick with rotovirus, the hotel doesn't have a territory as such, you take the elevator down and that's it, cleaning was done every time, if you hang a sign on the door, this is probably the only plus, a photo of the room it doesn't match my description, it's probably some other room, we had one bed with a very hard mattress, well, it's just how hard it is

We stayed at this hotel from 07.12.2024, room 209. I don't understand why the reviews are so bad, we really liked it. We had a Deluxe room with a view of the pool, the room was large, the bed was huge, the bed linen and towels were snow-white. The water was always hot, the air conditioner was not humming, it worked perfectly. Our bed linen was changed 2 times in 11 nights, towels were changed every other day. Toilet paper, shower products, coffee, sugar, 2 bottles of water every day. And the location of the hotel is generally great, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to Bangla, all shopping centers nearby. And despite all the parties nearby, we had silence in the room. The staff is very friendly and smiling. The hotel has exceeded our expectations! Yes, if you find fault too much, you may not like something, but I was not going to look at a stain on the table in the room! Breakfasts are normal for 3, yes, it's the same, but it's the same everywhere. A wonderful country with wonderful people!

From 7 a.m., staff starts walking by with carts and clattering, in the evening by the pool, guests listen to music and talk loudly until 12 at night, and until 5 a.m., bass can be heard from Bangla Road. If you want a relaxing stay and quiet at night, then check in at least 3 km from this street. If you are not planning to sleep at night and hang out, then you are here. The room is clean, cleaned on request. They bring water, coffee and powdered milk, sugar, thin toilet paper, soap and shampoo. For a small spot of blood on the blanket, he was fined 500 baht. The pool is small with 6 places to relax, broken tiles, two small photos. The territory is small, but green. There is nowhere to dry clothes, but there is a laundry room to the right of the hotel (washing 1 kg of laundry 50 batts, drying 100). Breakfasts from 7 to 10:30 are of the same type: eggs, sometimes an omelet, tasteless sausages and ham, vegetables, watermelon, pineapple, toast, pancakes, rice or noodles, black tea, coffee, milk, 2 juices, water. The tables are designed for two people. There is 1 at the very end on the fourth and it is not covered, you have to ask to bring appliances and napkins. During the day, you can eat in this restaurant, with a menu on a couple of sheets and low-alcohol cocktails. It's a little closer to the beach along Bangla Road, but there are more people on the beach, the water is always muddy, it's not so noisy to walk past the school along another street (I forgot the name), there are fewer people on the beach. For 200 baht you can rent 2 armchairs and an umbrella on the beach for the whole day. Drinks and meals can be purchased for a fee. They are brought from a restaurant on the shore , but with a price increase. Overall, we are happy with our vacation, but last time we had a rest on Katya and liked it more.
