They promised to do everything promptly. So basically everything is fine! Good prices and high speed of work;) P.S. I will summarize the results later… There are no problems during the month of operation of the joysticks. As if they were new;) And the 3-month warranty is a nice bonus. Everything is fine with the console as well! It was turned off before cleaning (most likely due to overheating), but now there are no such problems.

The joysticks in the consoles were quickly discharged, 2 for a long time they could not figure out why the helmet for the console did not work, after calls and reboots, the cable did not work. On the day of the refund, they announced to me that I had to pay a fine of 9 rubles, since I kind of turned it off incorrectly, namely, I did not wait until the light bulb stopped burning! Although I personally turned off the console and I remember that all precautions were taken into account by me. Okay, I asked for any document on the basis of which they demand a fine from me, or a defective act or some other, to which I was told that they did not have to write anything out to me, Pay or put on the blacklist. It's very interesting if there are many people like me who have been specifically extorted money without any confirmation and evidence. The situation itself is very unpleasant, I really felt like I was in the dashing 90s. And yes, I am an adult, but how many young people have got into such situations.

We rented a PS5 to organize a more fun time with the company. They were delivered on time with a complete set and a ready-made contract, upon delivery they showed the whole set, told how to use it, paid attention to the correct shutdown of the set-top box (the shutdown algorithm was also told in detail, plus it is prescribed in the contract). There are a lot of games, everything worked properly, the joysticks did not have to be charged during the game (they were brought fully charged). For an additional fee, they can pick up and bring the console on their own (9p one way), there was a discount on the first order. Among the wishes, this is a shorter interval for the return of property (at least with a run of two hours, and not from 9 to 13). If you want to brighten up the evening with games, it's a good option

I used this set-top box rental service . I arrived , I signed it , I took it away , there are no questions . They warned about the incorrect shutdown of the set - top box , and it was also spelled out in the contract . I took it for a week , everything is super - satisfied . The day before the end of the lease term , in the evening I called for reinsurance , clarified about the shutdown , everything was explained , OK . After the conversation , I turned off the set - top box exactly as explained on the phone , my girlfriend was a witness to the conversation and watched the order of my actions . The next day I arrived , the master checked the console and said that I had turned it off incorrectly , to which I listed all the above to him , there was no time to argue , etc . He left 20p and left . For some, this money is a trifle , but for others it is not , in any case , it is not pleasant. Good luck to the tenants.

Rent a day- but!!!! It does not matter at what time the order was placed after 11:00 (this may be due to a delay in the return of the previous customer of the equipment, in any case, the return is at 11:00 on the next day (days), even if the order was placed at 20:40 pm the previous day! It's not a day anymore! There is no recalculation! Headphones are dead in the trash, which are disgusting even to use! The lens in VR is scratched (even the components were specially changed after the obvious defects were found). They do not offer to check, everything is presented very beautifully, which introduces into a confidential contractual relationship! In fact, it's a scam with terrible equipment! Maxim, the founder and head of this sole proprietor, is extremely categorical in disputes only in his own direction and loves to argue very much, where it is obvious that there is a jamb and flaws on the part of the sole proprietor! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

They brought it themselves, and in the end they took it away. There are already a lot of games installed, at least two of us had enough with our heads. What pleasantly surprised me was that the courier brought the lease agreement along with the prefix. I like to have papers, it makes me feel more comfortable and safer. The only negative is that I took it in the evening, but I had to give it back before 11:00. But in general it is not critical, this is the system, next time I will roam less and order before 11 o'clock) From the outside, the guys look like a business, not renting in Ashot's basement (Ashots-no complaints to you). This is impressive. In general, I recommend it If the mood of the seal is back, I will definitely turn again.
