We chose this hotel as the best in terms of price-quality ratio, as well as because of the discount when buying a non-refundable reservation. Unfortunately, due to the closure of flights with Cyprus due to COVID-2019, we were unable to visit this place and were very worried about spending a lot of money on this reservation.
Fortunately, the hotel management gave us a huge gift, they not only did not charge us money, but also did not impose a fine, which they were entitled to under the contract.
Thank you so much for this attitude! You don't often meet such selfless people!
