The establishment is used by purely elderly companies who uncontrollably consume alcohol and completely surrender to their animal instincts. I think their joint is that they are in no hurry to pay when they ask, our joint is that they did not pay. Everything ended well in the end, but it's useful to admit mistakes, because your unpaid bill is a minus from the waiter's earnings.
And I like the place during the day - quiet, calm, good cuisine.
