I have been serviced by Nesan-Avto in Lida for many years, and during this time several of my cars have passed through their hands. I come back here every time because I am confident in my approach to work and in my human attitude. Yes, as in any technically complex process, it sometimes happens that the initial diagnosis does not immediately reveal the exact cause of the malfunction. This is a normal working situation — modern cars are quite complex, and not always everything is obvious at first glance. The main thing is that the problem is not left “as is” here: the craftsmen continue to figure it out, find the real cause and bring the repair to the result. Personally, I've always ended up with a job well done. Separately, I would like to note that during repairs, specialists look at the car as a whole, and not just at the specific claimed breakdown. They tell you what else needs attention or replacement so that there are no unpleasant surprises on the road. They don't impose anything, they just inform you honestly and explain why it's important. This approach really helps you feel more at ease with the car. The masters are always polite, communicate correctly, and explain in understandable language. The management is open to dialogue, it is clear that the reputation of the service is important. The prices are adequate, without unpleasant surprises. In general, everything is very good, but there are nuances. I arrived on a Vesta, after a technical inspection (failed), to fix an urgent problem with the braking system. They didn't accept it right away, I understand, it was already after lunch, they told me to come in the morning - everything is normal. In order not to waste time, I decided to ask about my Jetta at the same time (the rear brakes are replaced, the spare parts in the trunk are prepared in advance), at first they said that the recording would take place in a day, but it was urgent, because the lead light and then home to work got into position, for this great respect, they also accepted in the morning. Further along the Line, the brake caliper repair kit is available right at the service station - incredible luck))), everything was changed - we passed the inspection, thank you. According to VW, the brake caliper was replaced, options were offered - the best option (TRW) was ordered from Minsk, the price is super. One of the nuances is the long wait, but this is not the fault of the SRT. Thank you very much, I'll be in Lida - I know where to go if necessary.
