I bought 7 +1 roses at 21.00. By morning, one had wilted. I returned to the store at 10:00, brought the occupied rose and showed a photo of the bouquet. The seller explained that the flowers could not be exchanged. She's probably right. But in my opinion, there is such a position in terms of attitude towards the client. As you know, customers are also "non-exchangeable and non-refundable."
