I liked the hotel! I spent 3 weeks here in 2017. The breakfasts and rooms are standard for Thailand. Clear! In the morning, hotel guests are transported free of charge by tuk-tuk to the pier on Koh Lan Island. The place is quiet, despite the fact that it is the center of Pattaya. There is a swimming pool below along the hotel. Wokingh Street is about a 10-minute walk away. Late one evening, there was a noisy group of our compatriots outside the wall, drinking and shouting loudly. Why fly to Thailand to get drunk in a hotel room, disturbing other guests who want to relax? Especially in Pattaya, where there are plenty of places and bars. There is no response. None of them heard my request to be quiet. After that, this bunch was cursed by me.

The hotel is located near the Royal Garden Plasa behind Second Road on a secondary street. You can get to it from the Second Street through 15 soi or through the Avenue Pattaya store. The breakfasts at the hotel are quite varied: Thai soup, hot vegetable dishes with meat, pasta, rice, fried or boiled eggs, croutons, sausages, ham, sometimes shrimp chips, French fries, etc. Drinks include tea, coffee, milk, water and a drink similar to pineapple juice. Fruits : watermelon and pineapple. Everything is delicious. You can only sunbathe near the pool until about 13 o'clock, later the neighboring hotel blocks the sun. Advantages: Convenient location (city center), friendly staff, daily housekeeping, tea, coffee, kettle in the room, lunch boxes for those who like excursions. Not a bad hotel. A little worn out. They only took breakfast, not bad. There is a small swimming pool, though it has never been used. The location is close to the center, you can go in any direction. A budget option. It is better to swim in the sea on koh lan island (several beaches are to everyone's liking and cleaner), on foot to the pier, and there by ferry (not expensive and regularly there and back), on tuk tuk island there are hotels for all beaches (but not very high level) so you can stay overnight.

The main advantage is the center. The rooms are very simple, tired, but not falling apart. My first impression was that I was in a hospital. The hotel stands window to window with others, you always need to close the curtains. The breakfast is passable. tea/coffee, Fruits (for February) watermelon and pineapple, trays of sausages, ham, fried eggs, French fries/chips, local dishes such as padtai/noodles/stewed vegetables, soup, rice, a corner with chopped vegetables, juices/milk, jams, toasts. There were almost no foreigners.

This is a 3-star hotel, in fact 2 stars is no more.the rooms are dark, the energy savings are frantic. the advantages of the room are cleaned every day. the staff is honest and respectful.the bed linen is not the first freshness.there are nets on the ceilings.
