It was a neat station, and a station employee helped me buy a ticket from the vending machine (I wouldn't have figured it out myself if I didn't know the language). Everything is clean, there is a fountain with drinking water. The toilet is clean. The scoreboard is working correctly, everything is clear.

Getting to Natania from Tel Aviv is much easier by train than by car. And it is much cheaper. Comfortable double-decker trains run almost every 10-15 minutes. It takes 5 minutes by car from the station to the city itself.
