In the course of our professional activity, we had to interact with a company that, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. When placing an order for two digital measuring instruments, we encountered inaccurate information provided in the product description on the company's website. In particular, there were no links to the technical documentation and there was insufficient information about the characteristics of the devices. On the day we received the product, we found that it did not meet our requirements, namely, the necessary output contact was missing. It is important to note that the packaging of the devices has not been opened, which confirms their integrity. We tried to initiate the process of replacing the devices with our additional payment, but received a categorical refusal from the company's management. The dialogue with the representatives of the company did not work out, because they assumed that we intended to put pressure on their organization, although our goal was solely to obtain high-quality goods. It is very good that the order was made in a single copy, which made it possible to avoid significant financial losses. It should also be noted that when placing an order, we did not specify from the seller the availability of certain connectors that were specified in the model description. This was our mistake, but it should not serve as an excuse for unfair treatment of customers.
