I did not expect that there would be such an effect! Although I was initially skeptical, how can you quit in 2 hours! Experience of 30 years with short breaks for pregnancy, feeding, and a year with electronic ones. I came, listened, and was convinced that the brain would forget what it was like to smoke cigarettes at all. I want to note that probably, like many people, I tried to quit on my own several times, read Alain Carr's book once visually , listened to the audio the second time, it was enough for 4 days. The sphere is certainly not a magic room , you also need a great desire ! In general, it has already been a week since the first session. That's a lot for me. But if earlier, when trying to quit, I was drawn to the smell of smoke or people who smoke . Now I'm looking at it absolutely calmly!!! I understand a week is not an indicator, but in 2-3 weeks I will write another review here. Is it worth it or not !
