Our air conditioner did not work, then the water did not work, the air conditioner was never fixed. The apartment was small, there is a kitchen, but why is not clear, it would be better to use a place for a closet. I don't know how to describe it, but the condition is like a tub just painted on top. For food, they give you a coupon with which you go to a nearby cafe, given the prices in this area, breakfasts beat off the price very well. The location is good, everything is nearby, Istiklal Street is within walking distance. In general, this is a super economical option that I would recommend avoiding. We only slept in the room, so we didn't really feel all the troubles.

A good hotel with a good location, there is a bus stop nearby, across the street is the central tourist street Istiklal. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, the rooms are cozy, Turkish breakfasts are served in the morning, and the hosts are cool guys, they will help and tell you everything that is unclear. At first it may seem that you are in a strange area, but this is what all residential areas in the European part of Istanbul look like.

We booked a room in this hotel in October 2021 through Booking, paid for several days, but ran away after the first night. The hotel is located in a terrible, dirty place, next to a vegetable fair: waste and boxes are stored right on the road, and there are abandoned and burned houses next to the hotel. The room is dusty, with old furniture made from the remains of various sets; the maid, if there is one, did not bother to remove the hair and medical mask of the last visitor. Of the household items, only the marble window sill, if it is important to someone. I do not recommend choosing this place to stay in Istanbul, spoil your mood and impression.
