If you are from distant regions of Russia or rarely go abroad, maybe it will suit you, but there is no point wasting time. It's better to go to Novomall nearby, where you can find something suitable and not very expensive. Well, for brands (if in Turkey), it's Istanbul or Antalya, and then there are a lot of fakes, they've already been looking for. So I don't recommend the Neva outlet.
