While we were discussing the details of the recording, it turned out that there is a monitor, but not in this room, but there is a camera here and it is planned to broadcast to parents' phones, but this is not accurate either, we are not sure what we can set up. We agreed that they would try it in advance and inform us beforehand whether there would be a broadcast. This is important to me, I want to evaluate how the classes are going, whether it is worth visiting the studio. I am writing, but it is not correct that you emphasize that there is an opportunity to monitor the course of the lesson on a monitor, and in the conversation it turns out that there is no monitor in this room, and in principle it is not known whether there will be a broadcast or not. And if I hadn't asked myself, I wouldn't have known about it. In response, they tell me: "If you immediately think that the approach is not serious, then we have to refuse to register you for a class." And they blocked it right away! That's the attitude towards the client! At first they mislead, and when the client reasonably points this out to them, they block it. They behaved completely inappropriately to the situation.
