When choosing a hotel, I relied on the reviews, at that time they were very positive. I checked in at night, so I checked with the hotel manager (he said everything was fine). Arriving at the hotel, a young man at the reception said that there was no reservation for me and they did not seem to have heard about Yandex. I had to wait for their manager until 9 a.m. and only after that he found the reservation and apologized (but these apologies are neither cold nor hot; when the day at the hotel was paid for). The room itself is very dirty: the carpet was covered in brown spots, the furniture was all broken, holes in the furniture, a burnt hair dryer. But most importantly, everything is terribly smoky. I do not recommend this hotel from the word at all

I definitely recommend the hotel! We arrived only at 4 a.m., we were greeted, settled, no problem. Excellent rooms, everything you need, shampoo and shower gel sets in the bathroom. Comfortable beds. A wonderful breakfast is served from the Ramadan period. Friendly staff, excellent service. Thank you, if possible, we will be guests again.

The hotel has two advantages: polite reception staff and a normal breakfast is all.
1. Insanely dirty carpets in the rooms
2. The rooms are smoky
3. Bathroom is a separate conversation dirt, mold between the seams, ingrained long-term dust turned into dirt in the corners, a toilet that is not washed, just pour detergent and drain the tank
4. Cobwebs in the corners of the room, and dirt on the windows is just a shock
5. Weak wifi
6. I changed the rooms 3 times, I realized that it was useless, all the same, complained about dirt, etc., but the cleaners with me if one came in still cleaned the norms, the second one generally came up asking what and where to clean in general if you are clean like me, then I do not advise from the word at all

We were from April 24 to April 30. Great hotel! Modern and clean, the room has everything for a normal life and relaxation. The staff is friendly, responsive, attentive. Breakfast from 8 to 11 o'clock. The restaurant is open around the clock, the food is delicious. Very worthy!

The room is large, but dusty and smoky, most likely because of the carpets. Booked for three, and it is designed for three, but towels, water, slippers and blankets were for two., but after the request, everything was brought quickly and politely. The breakfasts are similar, but it was delicious. The location is not suitable if you are a tourist and want to see the main sights, the hotel is located in the industrial zone practically, far from the center, but a taxi is inexpensive and will take you quickly. The hotel desk says that they provide EXCURSIONS, but in fact it was just a transfer to the mountains, maybe we were unlucky. Otherwise, ok.

I strongly advise against it. It feels like there was active smoking in the rooms earlier. The smell is terrible. The hotel itself is already old. Dirty mattresses, dirty carpet, old battered furniture. The duvet was not tucked into the duvet cover. The duvet cover is torn. When asked to replace it, they said "the hotel is full, we don't know anything." The bathroom is a separate pain.
Result. We were checked in, sat for an hour and went to look for a new hotel. This is frankly scary.
