Pet friendly! It's a big plus for us.
2 years after my review, I have to leave a new one.:
This hotel has been used regularly since 2022. The specificity of our business trips is the presence of dogs with us, on every trip, always. We regularly paid GEL 20 for each animal per night in addition to the room fee and checked into different rooms, on the first and second floors and more often in the one with the entrance from the street. The rooms are pretty worn out, but the fact that they are pet friendly and have Wi-Fi and hot water was key for us. Having had a positive experience of working with this hotel for quite a long time, we decided to relax before going on a long journey, we have children and 2 dogs with us. And suddenly they tell us that dogs are not allowed to them, they were very surprised, however, the time was late and decided to move in anyway. The lady at the reception repeated it several times: You can't go with a dog, well, OK, you can't do that, we'll put it in the car for a few hours. I paid for 2 rooms, brought my things, the reception comes and starts telling me that we brought a bag with a dog into the rooms, and if she finds it, she will kick it out, I invited her to both rooms, I say, "Look!", I had to take out her pillow (yes, we always use our own pillows) and show that It's not a doggie bag.
This is a very strange situation for me, in principle, and I would regard it as a minus to hospitality.
There was a big plus for us - pet friendly, hot water, Wi-Fi and convenient logistics, there was always an adequate and very friendly staff ... that's all, the advantages ended there.
The staff is apparently new, there is no pet friendly status anymore, this was our last visit.

The shower flows in all directions, the upper one generally passes by and it is in the toilet, so when you bathe everything flows into the toilet, what kind of miracle the engineer came up with is not known. The room has stained walls, no air conditioning, very small. And for that, 70 lari! But it was too late, I had to stay until morning. I do not advise, it is better to overpay and find another place.

Very good hotel the staff is very good I did not have a bed, they gave me a clean one, I started to fill it up myself, but they came to me and told me to sit down, they would fill it up themselves. Breakfast was delicious, there was a balcony with a good view, everything was clean and cozy, they also gave mugs with a kettle in the room there was a TV (working) I advise everyone
