Yesterday we decided to go with my husband. I had to wait until the movie was turned on, the connection was not normal to watch the movie in high quality. That's why they make a cinema room, so that all the amenities are there. And the glasses were dirty, she asked to wash them, brought them dirty again, and I took them. And so half an hour passed. We've done everything so far. Pay attention to the glasses, the rooms are dark and the glasses are in terrible condition.

Ужасно, не чистят диваны, везде женские волосы и крожки от сухариков. Попросил почистить, с одного уха вылетело с другого вылетело. Попросил плед, не принесли.4 раза прости воду принести, пошёл сам сходил. Перед девушкой неудобно было что там так грязно. И ещё я забивал на 3 часа а записали как на 2, глухие, и не уточняют, а потом перед фактом ставят. Очень плохо, надо уволить всех и новый персонал с жёсткими правилами.
