I happened to be at the hotel by accident. I booked one, but they moved me to this one, supposedly a class higher. On the positive side: nice people at the reception. That's probably all; Of the cons: 1) Dirt: Carpet is laid almost all over the hotel, which was once supposed to be beige, but probably due to lack of proper care, it has become more of a gray-brown color with spots. An extremely unpleasant sight... 2) The shower is flowing: the shower stall is flowing from all sides, and coming out of the shower everything is in puddles. I had to put towels all over the floor. In this regard, they were categorically not enough for their needs. The master came, but said that the sealant would smell strongly. 3) Lack of cleaning: They have no clear business with cleaning at all. In the first 3 days, no one came to me at all, despite the fact that I asked at the reception several times a day to be sent to clean up, and that I needed extra towels. As a result, at the end of the third day, I still caught the cleaning lady herself. From cleaning, she replaced the towels and gave me extra ones, and made the bed, did not change the linen. And miraculously, they came to clean up the next day, and even replaced the duvet cover, leaving everything else. No one else came to see me... 4) The bed is all askew. Fortunately, the master came on the first day and slightly corrected it. 5) The lack of sound insulation is a separate song. It was quiet for a couple of days, but then cheerful neighbors settled in, who did anything at night, but did not sleep. I heard them making love, talking, watching TV, wandering down the hallway. 6) The sockets are old, everything falls out of them, and for some reason there are only two of them and they are in very strange places. As a result, there was not a single one next to the bed, 7) A very poor breakfast. It's the same thing every day. Boiled eggs were half-cooked a couple of times (that is, even the protein is liquid). Very strange dishes like spaghetti with stew, but without the stew itself. 8) The price tag in the restaurant is high, but you can survive it. I ordered a sandwich with chicken and bacon. As a result, they brought a cold sandwich made from ordinary toast bread for almost $7. You could at least roast it... 9) One day there was no electricity for half a day. 10) After the electricity, there was no hot water for a whole day. No one was warned about the outages. 11) There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room

Just a terrible hotel. As it turned out on the spot, they do not accept the MIR card, only cash. The room itself is dirty, the old lock on the door, the carpeting is all stained . The windows are dirty, the doors of the creaking cabinet are all open for some reason. There is mold in the bathroom, the shower is leaking, the ventilation is not working. Breakfast. The most meager : two types of pita bread, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam, instant coffee, omelet, eggs and green. No juices , fruits and vegetables . The cakes were cut into milipizdric pieces. In the end, they could not immediately accept the number , I waited for 15 minutes until they got up and checked everything ( this is the first time I have come across this ) . Why there are 4 stars here is unclear . I definitely do not recommend it, 16k drams is not worth it

I do not recommend visiting until the repair is completed. I can't say about the whole hotel, but the lower floors are in poor condition. The carpet is very dirty, the smell is terrible, there is almost no light, like in a cave. There is an electric kettle, but there are no glasses and tea and coffee itself. The bed linen is poorly washed, there are not even glasses for toothbrushes in the bathroom, there are no soap accessories. There is a TV, but no remote control. Of the advantages, only new bath towels. The breakfasts are worthless, there is no choice, what will be brought ends immediately. The first day I waited half an hour for hot water to be brought! There was tea, but the hot water ran out and no one is in a hurry. They didn't hear about instant coffee there at all (don't even dream of grain coffee). Although the lobby, reception, elevators are all on the same level. Most likely, the remnants of former luxury.

No more than 3. We arrived in 2 pairs at 22:00, we were quickly given 2 standard rooms. Unfortunately, they did not warn that ordering food at the hotel is possible until 22:30 in the end, they remained hungry, as they were busy with the rooms and did not have time to arrange delivery in the same way. My friends' room turned out to be dirty without a TV on the 1st floor, they asked for a replacement. They were given 514 rooms, the shower was broken, it was leaking from under the cabin, the bed was broken 3 lamellias and a generally tired room, a friend sat until one o'clock in the morning in an attempt to fix everything or replace it, but nothing even happened on day 2, but since we were there for 2 days they scored and they lived like that. In our room 212, the shower cabin was also leaking, the toilet was leaking because the flush button was broken, the lamp was cracking, but we were partially repaired on day 2 and we scored on the other shortcomings. The breakfast was delicious, the towels were clean and the hygiene kits were full and in general we walked to the center in 20 minutes, so I put 3 for the location and breakfasts.

Booked at the Booking Office. Payment can be made both by card and in cash, but by coincidence (apparently taxes), it was possible only in cash. They give you a bottle of water (for one). In a room for two, a set of towels (after a shower) for only one, 2 shower gels, 2 shampoos. No toothbrushes or toothpaste (apparently only for the elite). There is an air conditioner, but it is not clear how it works. Attention (!!!) in our case, the toilet flowed in the room in the morning! The TV did not work when asked to watch and no one was watching-the husband "looked" himself. There are few outlets-apparently not for the current generation with phones. Repairs and good cleaning have not been carried out for a long time. A buffet breakfast was still available at about 9:45 a.m., if someone gets up late, you can stay at the "broken trough". In the evening there was a program with live music-the girls played violins-very beautifully. Upon departure, they wanted to "dump" the nuts from the mini-bar on us, but we did not take them. Overall, for the view from the window, breakfast, and a more or less "clean" room, the rating is 4.

An employee named Avetis (an imposing man with a beard and in a suit, sometimes wears the Director badge, after complaints about Booking, he outweighs this badge to normal employees). So, Avetis, completely spoils all the good things that are still left in this hotel. We stayed with my husband from April 4-6, 2023 in room 609 (junior suite, so we were told at the reception) , it's a pity to even put 1 star. The room has dirty carpet, a leaky sink, mold in the shower, 1 hanger in the closet, there are no hooks in the hallway for outerwear at all. Among the advantages are disposable slippers, a dental kit. There is no declared kettle, as well as mugs (glasses, glasses, etc.) Socket 1 for the whole room, the second for the TV. You can iron the laundry only in the laundry room and then after 3 attempts, they never ironed them, claiming that they ironed, but then as it turned out, their iron was faulty ... Breakfast is also on 1 out of 5. Come half an hour after opening and see empty trays... I can't wait for hot water. The coffee is disgusting... many leave hungry without eating anything. There is no infrastructure, it is located on the outskirts. If there are other options instead of this hotel, choose them!

We stopped by on May 1, there was no electricity, we sat and waited for several hours. They refused to accept cashless payments at the reception, and sent them to withdraw money from an ATM. Don't you pay taxes? Room: the wallpaper is falling off, the bed is broken, there is no kettle or dishes in the shower, everything falls off and leaks, there is only one towel, although there should be two. You can't get through to morning breakfasts, if you don't have time, then go look for a place to have breakfast.because there is absolutely not enough food for everyone, not only do they not have time to cook, they also do not report to everyone afterwards, and therefore the crazy people in this hotel are gaining everything in a row to gluttony. Today is May 5th and there is no water in the morning, and it is not known whether it will be. In a 4-star hotel, you can't even take a shower and go to the toilet.
