We rested at this hotel at the end of December 2019. I'll tell you a little about the good things. Pattaya is a wonderful holiday resort for people who love the exotic. The beach has been completely renovated. Clean. There are sun beds of 100 baht. On the way to the beach there are a lot of cafes where you can eat tasty and cheap, many travel agencies where excursions are just as rich and interesting, but much cheaper than those of hotel guides. Russian Russian market is located not far from the hotel, where there is an abundance of local and Russian food. Everything is very decent and comfortable.and now about the hotel. At first glance, a good hotel, smiling staff, clean rooms as it seemed. But then the trouble started: the water in the washbasin and the shower is standing, it does not go away. Room cleaning consists of changing towels and soap accessories. This is where the cleaning ends. The dust in the room was not wiped off even once. The balcony was not cleaned, although we had dinner every evening. And in the end, we were charged 300 baht for a towel that seemed dirty to them. They were charged from the deposit. In general, the top three with a big minus. Well, these unpleasant little things did not spoil our rest.

The room is small, it's not convenient. The breakfasts are monotonous, but we always ate so much that we didn't even want to look at the food until 15:00h). Very convenient location nearby 30-50 meters is a profitable exchanger, Seven, pharmacies, Russian street. On the roof there is a swimming pool with a bar, sun beds and a 2-bedroom bed. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to tuk-tuks. You can wait for the Nordic tuk-tuk (they go every hour) and take it to the road where the usual tuk-tuks go. A very quiet and peaceful place. Nearby is Russian street (prices are affordable there). In general, I recommend it.

In general, it's good. But in the hotel they will forget to clean up, then put coffee, then they will not give towels and you have to go and ask the administration. There is no permanent Russian-speaking guide for the entire Nordic network. It is difficult to explain to the staff and administrators the unknown Thai and English languages. There is no way to change the number if suddenly you did not like it for some reason, even for money and even more for Russian chocolate. There is a free transfer to the beach, to an expensive pharmacy. There is a small, shallow, but clean and cozy pool on the roof with a bar, tables and sun beds. Nearby, the Russian market is not expensive and diverse, for every taste. Family market and 7/11 shops, exchangers with a normal exchange rate (orange), tuki tuki with fruits are not expensive nearby and makashnits in the evenings at the shops. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. The head of the department is in another building, not far from the family Nordix. The main reception is the same in another Nordic, on the trail. the street is nearby. My wife and I stayed there for two tours (tour packages) without flying home. In general, we liked it. And it's not expensive and cozy for this price. Tours were arranged at the Hottour agency in Novosibirsk by telephone. The specialists there are competent, sociable, they told and explained everything clearly. Alyona Rusinov's agent designed a double tour for my wife and me (with a good discount). Alyona did everything for us on the phone and it doesn't matter that we live in another city and the departure and arrival are where we chose. Even a triple tour because we are between these two tours, she arranged for us an unforgettable and good vacation on Koh Chang Island.
