I lived in one of the houses for 3 weeks. There are a lot of Nordic houses, several blocks away. It is a pleasant area, few people, unlike the center. There are a number of supermarkets, a food buffet, cafes at every turn. The beach is 7-10 minutes away. The house smelled very bad during my stay and it took a long time to solve the problem. There is a rooftop pool for adults and 3 pools for children. There is a gym with exercise equipment and air conditioning. The house is clean. Friendly staff. Nice view from the window.

In one room there is a kitchenette , a dining table, a sofa. Refrigerator , hob ,kettle ,cups,spoons ,everything for cooking is provided. The second room is a bedroom with a huge bed. TV in every room. Spacious bathroom. They cleaned every day . There was a swimming pool and a gym on the roof. Swimming pools are available free of charge throughout the Nordica network. It's very cool to come.

We rested here in March 20 for fortune for 75k for four. The hotel went to 5+, the rooms are excellent, like a 2-room apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room, there are dishes, stove, kettle, etc. Everything is clean, the food is normal, the basik is not big but we had enough, you can use all the pools and the territory of all the condos belonging to the Nord k group, the balcony is gorgeous probably 12sq.m. Обычный кондоминимум риелторов. Первоначально наварились , в данный момент не сдается, вот придумали сеть гостиниц . Администратор на ресепшене пофиг , ведь постояльцы русские фаранги. Ведут себя настолько пунктуально, что заселяют на час позже установленного времени,( при свободных номерах). Тур-оператору занимающемся бронированием номеров "Пегас" так же наплевать. О чем доходчиво представитель пояснил. Не удивляйтесь ,если от вашего балкона будет легко доплюнуть противоположный , создан как жилищный кондоминимум. Обустроен с нареканиями , к чему к примеру кондиционер устанавливать над кроватью? Ну раз решили гостиничный комплекс, можно было и халаты в номер предоставить. Единственный плюс - горничные, молодцы! Работают четко. Поэтому им и презенты и чаевые. Если б не горничные и не секьюрити, то минус. А так тройка твёрдая

The lack of transport of any kind, walking with children is far away and children get tired, there are no tuks there. The pools have become bad, they can't, the water is not changed. Winx Family even had toads and the water was Green. The rooms are poorly cleaned, every day I had to ask the guide and show photos at the reception after cleaning them. And most importantly, you may be so unexpectedly placed not with a Voucher, but in a completely different building. And instead of a Deluxe room, the Studios will be accommodated in a room of 12 square meters in area. I do not advise it, out of good intentions for everyone. But they advised us and we were disappointed in them. Scales are all paid 10 baht, although in other hotels everywhere it's all free. Tuk takes you to the beach every other time, or even does not come. A deposit of 1000 baht or 50 dollars or 3000 rubles, do you need this?!
