It was built completely off topic. Fenced off as a closed psychiatric clinic. And in general, it is not clear why the architect of the city allows such houses to be built with beautiful playgrounds and at the same time the courtyard is closed. And the rest of the children that are outcasts should admire the swing through the fence. And in general, the house, especially the quality of construction, leaves much to be desired.
