I recently visited a hair coloring salon and was very pleased with the result! My hairdresser Elena was a real professional. First, we discussed which color suits me, and she offered several options, considering my skin type and style. The coloring process was comfortable: the master worked carefully, and I felt in safe hands. She explained each stage and shared tips on how to care for colored hair. The result exceeded all expectations! The color turned out to be rich and even, the hair looks healthy and shiny. I have received many compliments from friends and acquaintances. I was in this salon for a manicure procedure with master Elnara. I really liked it, the procedure was performed efficiently and quickly, the nails hold perfectly + the master corrected the shape of the nails well and did everything very carefully. A separate plus for competent communication) Also, the atmosphere in the cabin is as pleasant as possible, you feel calm ☺️ I recommend you to visit!

Not a competent eyebrow specialist with blond hair, I asked to make not dark for my light hair color and not thick, as a result, I received black bald caterpillars, one tail is black, the other is not painted, broken off not plucked eyebrows that are felt if you swipe your finger, after the procedure I said that it was too dark in response I was told that it was for your hair color. There is no customer orientation. If it were possible to put -5 stars, I would do so

Ужасно непрофессиональное сложное окрашивание. Делали airtouch на натуральные ранее НЕ окрашенные и неиспорченные волосы, запрос - максимально светлый блонд, как на фото (фото прилагаю), но не темнее и ИСКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНО ХОЛОДНЫЙ, в итоге спустя 9 часов меня ждал не блонд, а легкое рассветление, причем с горизонтальными полосами, пятнами, цвет волос тёплый и ничего общего с блондом. Кроме того, что результат окрашивания оказался вообще не соответствующий ожиданиям и образцам, мне не дали зеркало, не показали мои волосы сзади и сбоку. На фото понятно, почему именно. Тонирование было, но неэффективное, не в тот цвет, недостаточно интенсивное и вымылось буквально через считанные дни. Волос испорчен (база теперь вся пятнистая), время потрачено. Многие мастера теперь боятся браться за исправление этого недоразумения и отказывают. Вот так натуральный волос в хорошем состоянии можно убить, да еще и не приведя к желаемому визуалу. На фото волосы в ПЕРВЫУЮ НЕДЕЛЮ после окрашивания (а не спустя месяцы, как может показаться).

Обслуживание доброжелательное) Мастера на уровне, молодцы! Стрижки быстрые и такие, как хочется! Атмосфера приятная, чистая! Было приятно узнать такую частичку Минска!

Делали сложное окрашивание волос. Работа составила 9 часов. Не попали в тон, пришлось перекрашивать. В итоге цвет продержался максимум 10 дней. При каждом мытье волос вода красится, пока или всё: полотенца, подушки, майки... Администратор сказала что так и должно быть. Вообщем ужасно! Не рекомендуем!!

Вчера ходите на процедуру маникюр с покрытием обычным лаком к мастеру Татьяне. Предварительно мне позвонили и предупредили что выбор лаков крайне мал. Я приняла ситуацию и даже взяла на всякий случай с собой лак из дома. Первым, что сказала мастер: "Вас же предупреждали, что выбора обычных лаков нет". И это звучало скорей как вопрос о том, зачем я туда пришла. Смутило то, что она просто достала из шкафа инструменты. Т.е. я даже не могла убедиться в их чистоте и обработке после предыдущего использования. В целом, все время процедуры было наполнено неловкими моментами, когда мастер не говорит вслух о том, что мне нужно сделать, а просто смотрит в упор и ждет, когда я догадаюсь. После обработки рук мастер принесла 5 баночек лака, просто бросила на стол со своей стороны, развернулась и ушла. После чего подошла снова и сказала: "Выбирайте". Отношение отвратительное. Несколько раз посещало желание встать и уйти. Но каждый раз решала дать шанс мастеру и проявить хотя бы уважительное отношение к клиенту. Учитывая низкую стоимость процедуры и близость от дома, больше в данный салон идти не намерена и не советую.
