06.06.2024, the Internet disappeared early in the morning, which was reported to technical support, where they replied that the problem would be solved within three working days. After the deadline, no action was taken by the provider. Daily calls to tech support did not bring results. Also, the team on 06/14/2024 worked through a couple of houses, where the application was left later than ours on 06/08/2024 and they said that our problems would be fixed in turn. There is no Internet for 9 days and it is unknown when they will do it!

The experience with the provider is negative. At the time of signing the contract, everything is nice and pleasant. As soon as the failure occurred, the flaws appeared. Technical support does not provide information about the time of troubleshooting, the answer is: wait. The attitude is not caring, there are no other contacts, there is no one to influence except the medical department. I do not recommend a provider, if possible, do not connect.
