06.06.2024, the Internet disappeared early in the morning, which was reported to technical support, where they replied that the problem would be solved within three working days. After the deadline, no action was taken by the provider. Daily calls to tech support did not bring results. Also, the team on 06/14/2024 worked through a couple of houses, where the application was left later than ours on 06/08/2024 and they said that our problems would be fixed in turn. There is no Internet for 9 days and it is unknown when they will do it!

4 месяца назад оставлял заявку на подключение интернета,звонил пытался договорится за доп плату подключить быстрее абонентский отдел в ответ просто хамит,клиентоориентированность 0/10
За 4 месяца так и не подключили и сказали ждать еще пару месяцев
Так что кто хочет столкнуться с данной конторой настоятельно не рекомендую

There is no speed, technical support ignores problems, even the patchcoder was asked for money, and did not wait. Every evening closer to 8 lags, if there is at least some alternative, take it. They always blame the backbone provider for the problems, although it works much better in my 2nd apartment (the same Matrix Internet).

Пол года назад должны были приехать поменять кабель,но так и не приехали,в августе снова подавали заявку,но никто так и не приехал.В итоге сейчас интернета нет уже 4 день,оборван кабель.Мало того,что интернет-связь оставляет желать лучшего,так ещё и на заявки никак не реагируют.

Заявленная скорость не совпадает с реальностью. Проще пользоваться мобильным интернетом. Мастера можно ждать вечность
