I visited the New York cafe in Gomel and I want to share my impressions. ** The atmosphere of the place** pleased me — a cozy place with a pleasant interior. The cafe is small, but tastefully decorated, everything is clean and tidy. **** The menu was very diverse: there are desserts, main dishes, and drinks. The portions are decent, the food is delicious. **The service** left mixed feelings. Unfortunately, the waitress was somewhat rude and unfriendly. As a man, I can say that this attitude has slightly spoiled the overall impression. She may have had a rough day, but still, professionalism requires more polite communication with clients. **The result:** despite the shortcomings in the service, the cafe definitely has its advantages. I give a solid four for the atmosphere and the cuisine, but the service has let me down — three. If it weren't for the unfriendly staff, the experience would have been much better. I recommend visiting, but I hope I'll have more luck with the waiter next time.
