Today, my friends and I were shopping and we decided to come to your store. After choosing clothes, we went to the cash registers, and according to our calculations, the purchase amount was 40 rubles, but the cashier girl, after I gave her 50 rubles, gave her only five rubles in change. I didn't notice it at first, but when we left the store, we decided to check the price of the T-shirts on the labels. Based on the cost of the T-shirts on the tags, the final receipt should have been 40 rubles. We decided to contact the cashier and got a negative reaction with a snort. We informed her that she had given us the wrong change. She asked to see the receipt for the purchase, but the receipt remained at the checkout. It took no more than 2 minutes. The cashier girl printed out a new check and found that she had given us the correct change on the check, but we drew her attention to the fact that the price tag had a different price. She looked at the price tag on the T-shirt and, together with another cashier, took a photo of the price tag and returned the five rubles difference to us. When we left the store, my friend decided to look at this bill and the girl gave us a decently torn five rubles. I went back to the store and pointed it out to the cashier, and she said, and I quote, "This is for not taking the check." I got a very bad impression from your cashier - G******* I.V. Her boorish attitude ruined all impressions of your store. Do something about it because now there is no desire to buy things from you.

More precisely, there is a table near the fitting rooms on which you should probably put things after fitting, but we were told that you can't put anything on it, hang it at least on a hanger, and it sounded exactly like it was better to put it back in place yourself. Why do people work there at all who have to carry all this themselves, and not tell customers to hang things themselves

After such an attitude at the checkout, not a foot to you anymore. I bought myself a product on 06/20/2023 at 8 p.m. for 19.99 rubles. I paid 20p. They threw me a check with the words: "Next." Where is my 1 kopeck? I'm not a stingy person, but where's my change??? I asked where she was, and in response I received a disapproving look and: "We don't have 1 penny." Damn, well, if you don't have a penny, then at least let me know and apologize for the inconvenience. She followed me with such a look that it was already scary. Such people cannot work there. And if the pay sucks and there is no desire to smile and be kind, then, my dear, leave such a job and do not spoil people's mood.

We made purchases in the store on 03.11.2023. At the checkout, the girl didn't even say "good afternoon", she continued to communicate with a colleague. Having calculated, she threw a shopping bag on the counter with a dissatisfied look instead of "come to us again" and turned away to chat further. There is no desire to visit the shops where such personalities work.
