I applied for a refund and was very surprised, the employee at the checkout was courteous and extremely courteous, they immediately came to meet me. Later, an administrator was needed - also a respectful and courteous attitude. We helped with the return without any hassle. At home, when I was preparing things for washing, I noticed a loop carefully tucked in on the wrong side. Having straightened the fabric in this place, I get a hole in the jacket.
