I'll start with the pros: not really cool chairs (soft, folding into an almost recumbent position without disturbing others) in which even a 3-hour movie is a pleasure!
Cons: very small halls, which is why you can't get to the center, it's not so convenient from the edges.
There was no 3D mode.

Many people wrote here that tickets are sold according to very strange rules.
For example, we were able to sell a ticket at 18:00 only at 22:00.
That is, it is assumed that the visitor must either walk around the shopping center for 4 hours waiting for a session or come to the cinema twice in one day? Is that the logic?
You can't buy a ticket for the next day either,
i.e. you have to come to the cinema twice during the same day.
Tickets are not sold online either.

You can only find out that you can't go to the cinema with food when you approach the cinema: this is not indicated at the box office. As the workers told us, "the boss tore off the sign about the ban from the cash register." The boss knows better, of course. The most careless staff is in this cinema. If you are going to the cinema for the premiere, YOU SHOULD NOT DO it in the NEXT PLACE. You can buy tickets for 2 sessions in advance. It is not possible to book- ...We have a live queue... And you come to buy tickets at 14:00.. we only have 19:00 as an example and so on all the time. There is no system. I wouldn't go if it wasn't for my daughter.

The cinema is at the skirting board level. You can't order or pay for tickets online (neither Payne nor Qlick for you). You want to book, but you: "We are not booking!". Do you want to buy a ticket for tomorrow, and you: "We don't sell like that. Tickets for tomorrow will be available tomorrow! We have such rules!". Let them sell plane tickets like that - today only for today, and for tomorrow only tomorrow.
The hall itself is not a fountain. There are two madams sitting at the checkout from whom it is impossible to get clear answers. We couldn't get any sensible answers from them to any of the questions.
We come again and we can't get tickets.
I understand that the calculation is only that the goal is the same - the client should stay longer in the shopping center, avos will buy something, but then make the location of the cafes more comfortable - you sit like in a courtyard. You might even want to just wait near the halls, but there are no seats there either.
I won't say anything bad about the halls - quite comfortable chairs, with adjustment. The acoustics are also good.
Such a negative impression remained from them that... I can't even eat😂

There were a couple of free hours before departure, so we decided to go to the cinema to take time. We agreed to a session with a delay of 20 minutes. When buying tickets, they stood with the ice cream they had just bought in their hands. The girl at the ticket counter issued the tickets. We approached the hall - they don't let us in with ice cream. To our outrage, the cashier covered herself with a sign saying "purchased tickets are not returned." I had to throw everything away.
Disgusting service, workers are like sleepy flies. One star only because it is impossible to put less.
