The doctor was rude, hasty, and didn't pay enough attention. The phone was constantly ringing, which distracted her from the consultation. In addition, the diagnosis was announced very vaguely.: "Either a plus or a minus," which left me completely at a loss. The doctor could not give an accurate explanation of the child's condition and said that it was necessary to check completely, drop in drops, and immediately said that it was a "long story." She never dropped a drop. And despite all this, the doctor did not hesitate to take full payment for the appointment. I expected a completely different approach — more attentive and professional. The doctor did not try to find an approach to the child, and even I, as a parent, had to persuade him to cooperate. This experience left an extremely unpleasant impression.
