I left the laptop under warranty on Monday.
They said that the diagnosis takes 3 days.
I called on Tuesday and Wednesday to clarify the status, both times they said that three days had not passed, there was nothing to call.
On Thursday, I explained that I was leaving on Friday and needed a laptop. They said OK, everything will be checked by this time.
In the middle of Friday, I called (they didn't call me back), they said they might not check everything during the verification process, but they will do the maximum. It turned out that they did not do anything and some kind of response and result may be at best next Thursday, that is, in 11 days.

The Lenovo laptop has a broken cooler (1 of 2). I bought a laptop on Malik. I handed it over to Nuron under warranty, I took it there myself. It was accepted quickly under the manufacturer's warranty. A guarantee from Maliki was not required. After 4 days, they reported that the cooler was not working properly and they ordered a new one. After another 15 days, they wrote to the cart that they could take the laptop. I am satisfied.
