We liked it, we rented a clean apartment with a sea view. It's nice that the shops and cafes are all on the ground floor. We chose this residential complex because we were with a small child . We went to the beach with a 4-year-old on foot , without strollers and a beach with corals that protects from the waves . There is a cafe with play areas nearby. Cons : well , you 're waiting for the elevator , but even then , during rush hour , they 're busy , so to speak . I had to wait until they arrived .

The first line. A large, clean room for two adults and two children. Everyone had their own sleeping place. An inexpensive grocery store on the ground floor. There are many cafes and coffee shops nearby, as well as a small morning market with fruits and seafood.

Nice apartments, lots of shops and food establishments within walking distance, there is everything you need for everyday life: ATMs, pharmacy, shops and cafes, beach across the street. The only drawback is that it's very crowded, and sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator.
