The apartments are cheap, but already pretty shabby. Cockroaches can often be found, as the garbage chute in the entrance is used daily. I shot 2+ 1 from Vietnamese for 5.5 million dong for 3 months. It's a good option for your money, but you shouldn't expect luxury apartments here - pay attention to the Location. Have a good rest!
