I have never written negative reviews and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation and attitude! If there are any problems with the scalp, I do not advise you to choose this salon, specifically a haircut in this salon! There has been a situation in which you doubt the competence and qualifications of employees. My sister came for a haircut the day before graduation, having washed her hair before that, of course. The day before, nothing bothered, there was only fine dandruff in some areas (specifically the front of the head), which became more visible after washing. The master sat the client down and diagnosed "pediculosis", with the words "I've never seen this, it kind of looks like eggs" with a laugh "it's good that nothing crawls and no one is messing around" sent immediately to the doctor. That is, working with different types of hair and different types of scalp, the master does not know what lice and different types of dandruff look like??? Without really looking at the entire scalp, please note that only on the upper part there was dandruff, and not finding yours, I threw in a disgusting phrase, sent the child to the doctor to be treated, and then come for a haircut! I'm an emergency room doctor myself, I've seen pediculosis and I've seen different types of hair and skin. Why doesn't this master know about this? The question of working with clients correctly comes up. Having come to the salon to explain the reason for making a serious diagnosis, Master Julia simply smiled in her face at questions and complaints, saying "I didn't say that." Only the administrator apologized. I do not recommend this salon for haircuts!

(I'm writing from my husband's account, my name is Valeria). The salon director ruined my eyelashes and cheated on me. I came to the eyelash lamination procedure exactly by appointment on 06/26/2025 at 17:00, the master was late, as a result, she came to the salon with a leisurely gait with a bag of products from Euroopt at 17:08. She did not apologize for being late, and began the procedure at 5:13 p.m. The whole procedure was strange (I've been doing lamination for over a year and I know the process and the result): she turned out my eyelids, it was uncomfortable, she was careless with my face, baking chemicals got into my eyes several times (this had never happened with other masters during this procedure), and she also chewed gum, slurping loudly and rolling her drool over my face (it was disgusting and disrespectful to the client). The procedure ended suspiciously quickly - about 30 minutes for both eyes and I was told to get up. The result shocked me: the eyelashes are inflamed and asymmetrical. I told the master about this, which made her very angry, she immediately started talking to me rudely and in raised tones, saying that everything was fine, she had a certificate and she knew how to do it. I asked her to change her tone and not tell me off, I'm a customer and I've been bringing money to the salon for many years, using the services every month. She continued to shout that she was actually the director of this salon, that she would not see me and would talk to me however she wanted. Then she added that she refused to give me eyebrows (after the eyelashes I had an appointment for eyebrow coloring) because she did not want to. If you have a video recording in your salon, then you will see all this with rude quotes from your director. To say that I am shocked by such a service and just the attitude towards people is an understatement.
