The room is nice, clean, with air conditioning. Breakfast is included, the choice of breakfast products is varied, we had a delicious and hearty meal, the staff was attentive, met us at two in the morning, immediately accommodated. One disadvantage is the location of this hotel. It seems to be located near the central road, but at two o'clock in the morning they barely found it with a taxi driver, some kind of industrial zone with wholesale shops, repair shops...

The rooms are spacious. Friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast buffet style. Cleaning every day, change of towels too.
Good location near the metro. Considering the traffic jams in Yerevan, it is important and convenient. It takes 10 minutes to get to the center at any time.

The food for breakfast is delicious, the rooms are spacious and cozy.Slippers, towels, soap accessories are all available. Cleanliness is lame, vacuuming is bad, the carpets are already dirty. And a huge minus, but this is still a minus, since everyone, even in a married couple, should have their own place of privacy, transparent glass between the room and the bathroom. Yes, it's matte, but everything is perfectly visible. The location is not in the center, but further away, it is not very convenient, but a taxi is very inexpensive and solves all issues.

Quiet and peaceful hotel, 2 stops to the center, close to the metro. The room is a decent size, the description in booking correctly reflects the situation (hair dryer, slippers, toothbrush, etc.). The photo of the courtyard is from a very high window, they climbed on purpose, so all this remains behind the scenes. Friendly, very attentive (!!) staff. A very comfortable bed. It was 3 nights. It seems that we were almost the only clint, because at first it was cool (15), then the temperature rose to 21, and we had to wait for hot water, but not critically. The breakfast is no frills, but quite edible. The Internet raised questions a couple of times, but in general it worked fine, and on the ground floor, it flew like that (various sources). In general, we are satisfied and recommend it. He more than justifies his stars.

When we arrived in Yerevan, we settled in, at first we were upset. And the next day we realized that we were very lucky.! The hotel is very cozy and quite tidy. A quiet, not noisy place! Equidistant from both the center and other historical sites, for those who like to go somewhere every day, the most successful place. Nearby, a 5-minute walk (local market), both a clothing and a farmer's market, open from 7 to 10 am. Fresh fruits every day. A 30-minute walk to the center. Taxis and buses were not used!!!. To the Lyon Park(Lakevardavar) 15 minutes. A quiet, cozy place with a minimum of tourists and a crowd in the evening . The cafe is always free. Delicious Cilicia beer is local (delicious). Small cafes where locals spend their time. The prices are exactly two times lower than in the center and what a delicious everything!!!!!!! A special emphasis on breakfast at the hotel is a huge thank you to the staff, it is delicious and satisfying and always a variety of dishes. Buffet (Two hot dishes, fresh fruits, three varieties of sausages, butter, boiled eggs, sausages, sliced fresh vegetables, dessert is required, sour cream, milk, mors, tea, coffee, cereals of all kinds, jam, homemade cheese) . Of course, there was also a minus. For some reason, they came to our room to clean at 14 o'clock - just at the quietest hour when we went to bed after morning adventures, since it was very hard outside in the afternoon in the sun. Of course, the room was cleaned! We went on excursions.

"Normal" is probably the best description of the hotel at the moment:
- a fairly new renovation, but there was not enough full-fledged closet in the room and curtains in the shower, springs were felt on the mattress
- cleaning was done every day, but the towels were changed 2 times in 8 days with a creak, and only one was left for the first time (!!!) a towel for two - to the question "where are the others?" they replied, "we are over, the suites are the priority", despite the fact that we lived in a suite…
- breakfast is small, but you can eat enough: every day there is a salad and separately fresh tomatoes / cucumbers, buns, 2-3 main dishes (we saw an omelet, potatoes, pasta, bread in an egg, stewed vegetables), sausages, some fruits (apples, plums)
- WiFi almost always caught steadily, enough to watch the series (they lived at the end of the corridor on the third floor)
- there was always drinking water (cold and hot) in the cooler on the third floor, in principle, this compensated for the lack of a kettle in the room

On the plus side: the hotel and the room itself look much better than in the photo. Nice interior. Everything is very neat. Everything works in the room. There is more space than in the photo. The shower is hot. The only thing is that the mattresses are not very high quality. The springs feel quite good. But it's okay to sleep. The wifi is quite working. The staff is mostly very friendly and try to help in many ways.
Of the disadvantages: location. It is located near the center: two metro stations (metro nearby) or forty minutes on foot. But the area is residential, not at all tourist, a lot of unsightly buildings and buildings, abandoned. There are no normal grocery stores nearby. There is a construction site opposite from the window. It's not noisy, but the view is so-so.
The room is not cleaned by default. If you just ask. And then they will throw out the garbage at most. This was not a problem for us in principle. But I had to ask for toilet paper all the time, and they didn't give it every time.
Breakfast was included in the price. But you shouldn't expect much from him. On the very first day, she was allegedly poisoned there. We didn't go to breakfast anymore. There is no kettle in the room. But there was a cooler on the elevator floor where you can pour hot water.
In principle, the option is not bad. But if possible, it is better to choose something closer to the center.

He stayed at this hotel from May 11 to May 16, 2022. The hotel is generally not bad. And I liked the breakfast. They probably made a conclusion and corrected themselves after writing negative reviews about him. But the problem remains with cleaning and rudeness of the staff. During all 5 days of my stay, they never cleaned or took out the trash. And the sink in the bathroom was clogged for 5 days. To my comments about this on the last day, I was first told that it was my own fault that I did not ASK to get out!!! That is, you need to ask them, they themselves will not. And then they even said that I was lying and my room was always clean. And in addition, they removed my order from the Booking altogether so that I could not leave a negative review there. Very arrogant and unprofessional employees. The owners obviously missed their mark with their hiring. But, most likely, these are some kind of relatives or acquaintances who need to be employed. After all, it is customary in the Caucasus. And the fact that they are lazy and boors is, in fact, such nonsense.

I am a Muscovite. I stayed at the Nice Hotel from February 3-7, 2022. I really enjoyed my stay there. The following contributed to this: 1) excellent reception and tactful treatment of the administrator Tamara, 2) aesthetic interior design of the hotel, creating a feeling of lightness, abundance of light and free space, and at the same time practical and convenient for living, 3) the rooms are well planned and carefully finished: high quality and nothing superfluous,
4) everything works well in the rooms: Plumbing, Internet connection, sockets, TV. 5) delicious breakfast and the opportunity to even order something to your liking, for example, your favorite milk porridge.
... and all this for an absolutely budget price of accommodation!
Another advantage: in the evening and at night, traffic on the street almost completely stops! So you live in comfortable silence.
+ Train station, metro, market - 300 m from the hotel.
And in general, the attitude towards tourists from Russia is the most friendly.

This is the most TERRIBLE hotel you could imagine!
Their reviews written here seem to be custom-made.
The kitchen is terrible. They can give you something for breakfast that you didn't finish for dinner.
For 4 days we were asked to give us a second towel, because we had one for two in our room. SO THEY DIDN'T GIVE IT TO US.
We also asked for a second blanket because it was cold.
We waited 4 days. NO ONE BROUGHT ANYTHING.
No one cleaned the ROOM for 4 days. They didn't even pick up the trash.
The toilet stinks of dampness and sewage. From the window there is a view of the industrial zone, although they promised a view of the mountains.
The staff is rude, does not fulfill promises and also calls them "Arrogant" when we ask them to do what they have to do.
The service is just a bomb 👍🏻
They wanted to move out on the first day, but the hotel refused to refund the money. I had to live for 4 more days.
And after I wrote my negative review, they started sending threats and insults to me on Whatsapp 👍🏻
