On December 23, 2016, a New Year's Eve corporate party was ordered from our company in the Museum Nightclub.
We would like to start the evening at 18-00, but since this is a nightclub, we were assured that the earliest when we can be accepted is 20-00, with a deposit of 10000 UAH. (for a company of 20 people, which we were quite satisfied with). We dispelled our worries about the menu and the music, assuring that everything would be at the highest level.
The trouble started right away: at 19:00 when they called me and said that they couldn't accept us at 20:00 and they would be able to set the table only at 21:00, promising a discount.
Further, at the entrance it turned out that the entrance for men is paid and amounts to 50 UAH, no one had told us about this before, although we communicated with the administrator 2 times at the club. After the calls, the money was returned to us. And we were really surprised that the club was full of people at that time. Dear administrators, owners, how is that??? You charged us a deposit of 500 UAH per person, not 250, although our evening started at almost the same 22-00.
Now about the menu.
If you position yourself as a fashionable place, well, you can't treat food like that. Serving dishes is the same as the USSR…Well, we just visited the 70s)) Although there are no special complaints about the taste, I will not find fault with it.
As for the service, it is extremely bad. They asked to bring bread, which they forgot about in the pre-order (but no one reminded them), they carried it for 40 minutes. Hot food was ordered at 22-30, it was brought after 24-00, almost no one ate it anymore. Hot food is served at the level of not even a cafe, but a dining room: it is difficult to name what the sauce was poured over the meat.
At the bar, when ordering a sambuca cocktail, our employee's sweater caught fire! The cost of the sweater was compensated, but the case is out of the ordinary! It's scary to imagine what would happen if a girl with her hair down stood there.
Another question, dear owners: why do you offer this liter cocktail under the classic name Long Island? Well, the fact that a liter of a classic cocktail cannot cost 55 UAH in any way, it is understandable. Perhaps this is a PR move and a compliment from the institution? But no, it's not that there are no 28 degrees in this cocktail, there are no 10 degrees. And instead of cola, it contains either a wonderful Baikal drink or a Dewdrop Cola plant (so what was it?), but the fact is: the cocktail tastes like a cough medicine, although perhaps you care about the health of customers in this way.)).
The hookah was weak, the second hookah was never brought mouthpieces.
As for the program, which was supposed to be very good, there was none. If you consider THIS a program, then there are no words…
The DJ's job is below the baseboard... we haven't seen him for most of the evening. If someone wanted to listen to a normal song, then they had to order it.
The karaoke room is a separate topic. The song cost 100 UAH. We ordered alcohol at the bar and with all the empty tables, security periodically approached us and told us that we had to pay for the tables, urgently asking us to get up. Question: were we supposed to sing only standing up (5 songs) or how do you imagine it?
I will add to the above the rudeness of the service staff.
Our verdict: do not visit this institution if you do not want to get the whole set of negative impressions that our company has received. The club is very similar in level to the club a la Kharkiv region Valkovsky district, village. Kovyagi, although perhaps I offend the village.

The kitchen is delicious, thank you, but it's expensive and for some reason fruit with cream was served without cream, we saved)) The DJ generally has a separate fee, a nightclub where they put on music for those over 50 and slow to disperse people at 11 pm, because it gets boring, and you have to look for places where it's more fun. How the MUSEUM club ended for me, I was not impressed
