Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience at Self-Checkout. My experience here was incredibly frustrating. After paying 75 rubles at a self-checkout, the machine failed to print my receipt due to a paper shortage. When I asked for help, the staff member told me to re-scan and pay for my groceries all over again at another register. I refused, knowing I had already paid, and had to repeatedly insist they check the payment history on the original machine. Only after they refilled the paper did the receipt print, confirming my payment. Throughout this entire ordeal, I was made to feel like I was wrong in front of a crowd of other shoppers, and not a single apology was offered. The lack of basic problem-solving and customer care is shocking. Непрофессиональный и разочаровывающий опыт самостоятельного оформления заказа. Мой опыт здесь был невероятно разочаровывающим. После оплаты 75 рублей в кассе самообслуживания машина не смогла распечатать мой чек из-за нехватки бумаги. Когда я обратилась за помощью, сотрудник посоветовал мне повторно отсканировать и оплатить покупки в другой кассе. Я отказалась, зная, что уже заплатила, и мне пришлось неоднократно настаивать на том, чтобы они проверили историю платежей на первоначальном автомате. Только после того, как они снова заполнили бумагу, был распечатан чек, подтверждающий мою оплату. На протяжении всего этого испытания мне внушали, что я был неправ перед толпой других покупателей, и не было принесено ни единого извинения. Шокирует отсутствие элементарных навыков решения проблем и обслуживания клиентов.
