Like it Anti-gravity is a very pleasant gentle stretch combined with small exercises for balance and muscle strengthening. Despite the fact that due to the incorrectly indicated entrance on the maps, I ran around the building for 10 minutes and was late, the coach showed me everything and explained to me how and what to do personally. She also carefully monitored the correctness of the movements of the entire group and, if necessary, corrected them. So no one was left without instructions and help.🔥

Great place, professional trainers, super workouts. But there is a disadvantage, it is not clear why, after intense exertion, everyone should wash their mats with antiseptic. It's weird and spoils the impression of relaxation after a workout. In theory, inventory processing should be handled by staff, not customers.
