Firstly, they are not allowed with a wheelchair, although they do not have the right to let anyone in according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. I contacted the Department of Consumer Rights, they confirmed this fact. By the way, if you are also not allowed in with a wheelchair, you can file a complaint, and if you are ignored after that, you can file a lawsuit. 🙌✌️
