I already wrote a review on this one, but for some reason it was deleted. The price/quality is still a three. The restaurant was not working, if it was cold outside, the room also gets cold abruptly, heaters are brought, but they are of zero use, of course there is no central heating. You need to drain the hot water for 10 minutes, in general, dancing with a tambourine. But it is convenient, next to the metro, literally in 1 minute, the branch connects with all the main stations on the island. In summer, yes, I would rather not repeat it in the cold season.
