Great hotel! Located in both buildings. The reception is located on the floor where the gallery is located, not on the ground floor, be careful! There are also places for negotiations, to sit and drink coffee with a cool view! My room was on the 85th floor, the views were stunning, with partial views of the bay. The room is clean, the windows do not come off at all, there is an air purifier. I didn't take breakfast, I can't say anything) The elevators are high-speed, it takes about 1 minute to reach 85th, and when descending around 20th it starts to slow down sharply, don't worry)))

Probably not, rather than yes. If you stay for a day in the summer, it's possible. There is no 100% in winter. There is no heating in our understanding, it was +6 outside, it felt the same in the room, 2 fan heaters were barely saved, they were given when we realized that we would not be able to sleep. The hot water didn't come either at first, they advised opening it and draining it, it took 10-15 minutes, especially if the floor was high. The restaurant wasn't working, but even if it had, there were some crazy prices. It's convenient that it's next to the subway, I got out and went straight away. There are a lot of small cafes around where you can have a snack, one of the decent ones was a pub, to have a delicious meal you still need to go to the center of the island.

Great hotel! There's a huge shopping mall below! Even the standard rooms are very nice, everything is thought out! Magnificent beds! The staff is almost invisible, but everything is always clean and tidy! There is always a taxi available in the parking lot near the hotel. Next time, we'll go to the same hotel again!

The hotel is big and this is probably not a problem. Room cleaning is superficial and most likely something like a general one has not been done for a long time. The rooms are very shabby, apparently due to the large flow of tourists. Of course, if there are advantages, beautiful views from the windows, these breakfasts are delicious and the price is reasonable. The metro is 5 minutes away. Beautiful park near the hotel.

The hotel itself is a fire, you can't say anything. Great view of the city, cleaning every day, swimming pool. But there is a huge BUT, and these are bed bugs. They were bitten so much that after arriving in Russia they still itched for a week or two. Moreover, when I pointed out this problem to the staff, they reacted in such a way that it was in the order of things and promised to clean the room more thoroughly.
