I really like this sushi bar. I made orders here for both delivery and pickup. It is very cozy inside, the staff is always attentive and polite, the waiting time is short, which is very convenient. The dishes are fresh and delicious. My favorites are tempura rolls and grill rolls. I wish this sushi bar prosperity and many grateful guests! You are great fellows!

We ordered some rolls and a set for the evening. The courier was delayed, and the operator promised to clarify how long the courier would be in and call, but she didn't. Analyzing the order, we found that two rolls were missing. The operator offered to either deliver the missing rolls the next day, or refund the money tomorrow. The evening is ruined. There were also cases earlier where the roll did not match the composition of the roll from the site.

I ordered a sushi set through the app at 18:56, 22:15 it is still missing. No one is answering the phone number listed in the application, the order status has not been updated, and there are no warnings about the delay or apologies. This is not just an inconvenience, it is outright rudeness and complete disregard for customers. The evening is ruined, the plans are ruined, and the service is shameful and unprofessional. I would like to receive an official explanation of the reasons and adequate compensation. If you value your time and nerves, avoid this sushi bar!
