The shower stalls are in terrible condition, they leak and are clogged so that the water does not flow out, I am silent about switching modes, the handle freezes terribly and does not turn. (Not to mention the fact that I asked to solve this problem, they smiled at me, said they would do everything, as a result, with grief in half, I did everything myself). There are few outlets in the room, while they keep roughly speaking "on snot". The air conditioner is old, noisy, the benefit is at least working.. The bed linen wants the best, there are some stains everywhere, the same with towels. There is no liquid soap. There is shampoo and conditioner in small jars, but they weren't even signed in my room, so I have no idea which of them is which. I will warn you about the most important point - the rooms here are not locked from the outside. Only from the inside can you close it with a crack. There was no mini-bar in my room, although it was listed in the description. About cleanliness, if evaluated on a 5-point scale - 2. There is enough dust, plaque, dirt on the floor. Wi-fi is weak. The staff does not know Russian. I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews from this hotel (there are plenty of them in the booking application). Perhaps it was me who was so "lucky" with the number that everything turned out this way. I do not rate this hotel unambiguously at 4 stars. The culmination of the whole moment was a Suite.
