The room is very nice, clean, large enough in size, very comfortable!!! Then the most interesting thing began, I met this for the first time and was very surprised! No need to go to the reception and ask something, it's super convenient, no matter what we ask, they answer and help us!!! The hotel has a new style, spacious rooms, great food, a stylish entrance area with boutiques, a cafe, and a huge bar. It is very tasty both in the main restaurant and in a la carte restaurants. There is a Starbucks on site, a coffee shop with a huge amount of desserts and homemade chocolate. There is also a great evening program , animation on the beach . We were at the end of the season and it was still very good. There's a problem with room cleaning. This is probably the only negative thing about the hotel. And the concierge service doesn't work very well .

We stayed at this hotel from 28.06-04.07.2024. The hotel is very disappointing, it is not worth the money. The food is monotonous, there is practically no seafood. The plates were not very clean, so when you take the plates, look more closely. It is very inconvenient that all the food is behind the window, and you have to point your finger. There is a very loud air conditioner in the room, when it works, it feels like you are in a transformer booth. There is no children's animation, there were children's discos, and once they inflated trampolines and there was a performance. There are trampolines on the playground, but our child never got on them, because at 16.00 or 17.00 they are locked, i.e. trampolines work only in the heat. It's very cold inside the kids' club itself, it feels like it's the coldest room in the hotel. The only plus is cleaning, it was done every day, and the linen was also changed constantly.

A super hotel! Excellent food, lots of restaurants, not even fast food on the beach, but just fine! Alcohol is foreign, Jameson is Jameson, not booze! The staff works from and to! It does not fail. The rooms are large, even ordinary ones. The location is excellent, after dinner you can walk along the market streets. It's a 20-minute drive from the airport.

Nice 5 star hotel. Delicious cocktails, excellent alcohol. The food was good, but sometimes it wasn't delicious, the choice was normal. Sometimes there were enough sun beds, sometimes not. The show at the cosmotheater is 10/10, but the DJ and the parties themselves are 3/10

A high-level hotel . This is not the first time we have visited it. The attitude of the staff to their work is beyond praise. I am very pleased with the system of individual managers with whom you can solve any issue via SMS. The rooms are very comfortable, there is a choice of pillows, a coffee machine in each room and a minibar with a large selection of drinks and delicious.

Nice hotel. Beautiful lobby. Lots of food and drinks. A bar and evening DJ sets at sunset on the pier are a good idea, except for one DJ with no music mixing skills at all. It was jarring. Varied food, lots of grilled meat and fish for dinner. We were unlucky only with the number. They gave the worst in the hotel. And for the entire period of our stay, it was never changed under the pretext of high workload. A married couple (us) were given a room with two beds, which were moved in the end, but one of which turned out to be broken with a broken part in the middle. We think that everyone who checks into this damn room is told by the staff about the download, and then they put on an apologetic sweater and give a bottle of wine with fruit. The soft bed and loxitan cosmetics in the room compensated at least a little. The SPA was not visited for its intended purpose. But for the shower and locker room, it's no good. The water is only cold (in the 21st century) and there are micro locker rooms even without mirrors. The evening shows are below average. Frankly weak for Turkey. Live music through one. Sometimes it's brilliant, sometimes it's not. They have a system of communication between half-robots and half-humans with guests via WhatsApp. It seemed to us that this was a completely decorative thing, or solving micro issues like a razor in the room, nothing more. For a lazy family holiday, the hotel as a whole suited us, despite all its disadvantages. I would rather recommend it, but when booking, I recommend reporting the type of bed at least! Maybe it will help…

Great hotel! The food is varied, lots of greens, vegetables, cheeses. The room is cozy, slippers and bathrobes are soft)) loxitan cosmetics. The beach is comfortable, there were always enough sunbeds in September, although the hotel seemed to be full. The only thing I didn't like was the small area, absolutely nowhere to walk and a view of the construction site. But overall, I liked everything :)
