We asked for a high floor, we were given the 9th floor. I did not expect (judging by the reviews) that the territory is so large and there is so much. A very sporty hotel, many locations for different sports. Football fields, basketball hall, tennis courts and courts, fitness center, trampolines, bicycles, gym...... A huge water park since the age of 10. 2 swimming pools , one heated 26-28 gr. There is an excellent pier with a bar on the beach (only original imported alcohol). There is a snack restaurant that works according to the menu, there is also a bar, fruits and cold drinks. The food is very varied, delicious and beautiful! A chic Excel bar, an analogue lobby, live music and band performances every evening. There are daily performances in the amphitheater, and a night disco on the beach. We were lucky with the weather, we swam in the sea and in the pool every day. There are a lot of different zones - this is a Starbucks, an outdoor tea and coffee area, a tea house where you will be brewed tea from all over the world. A very cozy and atmospheric pastry shop with cakes and sweets. We visited three Alaskan maps. I really liked the meat and Italian (with an amazing rack of lamb and a chocolate fountain dessert). I recommend visiting it also for breakfast and lunch! This hotel exceeded our expectations, which earned it a worthy place in the "it is possible to return" rating.

We've been there twice. September 24. May 25. If I really enjoyed it the first time, now it's a ruined vacation. The hotel is undergoing renovation. They broke the window panes right at the quiet hour of the child at 15:00. The staff has changed and the places are not being improved (either there are no towels, or they just did not clean the room). The food also went bad, the a la carte on the beach is just terrible, we couldn't eat anything, we had to go to the main one. All dietary food is overcooked, meat is like rubber. The vegetables are undercooked. The fish is all dry. There's really nothing to eat. There is a lot of food, but it is difficult to call it tasty. From the good: a large selection of fruits, sweets (a cafe with sweets is super), delicious sourdough bread. As for the dogs, they are really very annoying, if in September I saw them only in a special area on the beach, now they are swimming everywhere with them and wiping their paws with shared towels! There were staff on the beach who ignored the situation. Honestly, this is unacceptable to me and conclusions have been drawn. Smoking areas on the beach are now also unmarked, they smoke wherever they want. There was no such thing in September. It felt like they were saving money, which affected the quality. And the beach. Well, a boy walks around collecting garbage, but after him you can also collect a bucket.. and after the storm, all the sticks from the sea also need to be removed. You have not only dog breeders, although it is dangerous for their pets to cut their legs, but also small children.

They changed it because of the smell of sewage . Check-in is a half-day wait. Assistants running back and forth don't solve anything. Everything is dragging on , everything is long . We rested from 10 to 17 May 24th. (2 adults, 2 children). With a good flight (without loss of days) and early booking of 7 nights, we left St. Petersburg at 265 tr. In general, we liked the hotel, there are nuances that we turned a blind eye to because of the excellent service. 8.5 out of 10 is good enough for food. Cleaning 5 out of 10. There was practically no children's animation. Every day we enjoyed various performances (piano playing, jazz, theater, interactive shows, DJ sets, cabaret).
