I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews. I didn't like the hotel at all. We had a rest in August 2023. I will describe it briefly. Minuses: 1. On the first day of arrival, the air conditioning system did not work in the entire hotel. It was fixed, but not quickly. 2. The sea is very dirty, such a sea has not been seen in all of Turkey, so we swam only in the morning until 10 o'clock, after it was disgusting to go in, what was not there.... 3. Long queues at the bar in the hotel itself. 4. The feeling is not of relaxing in a hotel, but of being in a shopping mall with a lot of people. Positive: 1. The food is delicious, but you have to come to the opening of the main restaurant, otherwise you will be looking for a free table for a long time and stand in line for food, the feeling of a dining room. 2. Loxitan cosmetics are available in the rooms. 3. The Asian restaurant has a meager menu, but everything that was ordered was delicious, the rolls are paid. That's it!

This is the second review, after repeated visits (there were in 2024 and 2025). From the good: really active personal assistants, tried to help with any questions; the beach is clean; the hotel has a coffee shop (good), Starbucks (none), beauty salons, hammam, massage, sushi bar (on the aisle, not comfortable). The hotel itself is 20 minutes from the airport and 45 from the center of Antalya. But the disadvantages and their component make us categorically not recommend the hotel. In fact: - the dishes in the restaurant are dirty, with leftovers, lipsticks; - the food was monotonous, fruits and vegetables were not washed.; - poisoned on the 3rd day. I called an ambulance for my insurance, and the insurance company suggested that I see a doctor at the hotel first. The hotel's answer: yes, but we won't go to the room - go to the office yourself (the poisoning was acute, I couldn't stand, I lost consciousness, and it flew out of all the holes), and it's for a fee! I tried to explain that I couldn't go, I needed a doctor in my room, but they wouldn't come. As a result, he went downstairs and lost consciousness in the hotel toilet. No help, nothing. The ambulance arrived at the insurance company, and as a result, I was in the hospital on ivs, and I didn't eat lunch, breakfast, or dinner anymore at their restaurant. Later it turned out that a lot of people were poisoned. The hotel doesn't care - massage at the spa center is 5 times more expensive than anywhere else. No, I understand, it's more expensive on site. But at 5!! - the rooms are tired: the wallpaper is peeling off, a lot of things are broken, everything is old, the mattress pads are full of holes; - if my wife was walking without me, then the local Turkish male employees tried to show obsessive attention. I thought it was a five-star hotel with a high level of service, but no. I had to explain it to the gentlemen in an accessible way; - it is almost impossible to eat during the day, between breakfast and lunch, for example.; - last year there were 3 specialized restaurants to choose from for free for the UI, now there is one; - there were not enough sun beds on the beach for several days. This is beyond comprehension, to be honest.; - a lot of fellow countrymen who drank heavily began to appear. I understand everything, people are resting, but it greatly affects the atmosphere.; Russian russians shouting at the distribution to Turkish chefs who don't understand Russian has an even greater effect on the atmosphere. This is not a problem of the hotel, but the culture of our people, but I don't understand why you should shout in Russian, will they understand you right away?; - no one asked for feedback at the check-out, nothing. You may go, bye. Well bye, we won't come back here and spread the information. The cost is like for 5* UI, in fact it's three dollars, and obviously without a focus on service. Bye

Suitable for fans of sports and an active lifestyle, an excellent gym, football fields, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, an excellent modern fitness room. Overall, delicious food and good service. They make divine chocolate, there is a starbucks in the building, a wonderful Felini restaurant. Room cleaning and personal assistant service suffer a little (they are simply not enough for a huge number of guests), but this is not critical, unless of course you are going to sit in the room and solve organizational issues. Now we are sitting in the Aqua Snaek bar - this is a bar on the territory of the Aqua Park. Everything is very tasty, beautiful and fast serving of dishes and maximum attention - Idris employee, bravo👏👏👏 We are traveling with a 4-month-old child and a Corgi dog. We have just returned from this hotel, we have been there for the second time. I can say that we won't go there anymore. Check-in: we arrived early in the morning, no one met, did not approach, did not offer champagne. We went to the reception ourselves, poured ourselves a glass, and took our suitcases ourselves, first to the luggage room, then to the room. Naturally, they had not given the number before, they even offered to pay them extra, but no. The assistant promised to write if something was available, but at 14:00 I had to find out everything myself. For champagne lovers: chandon is poured only at the reception, upon arrival, in all other bars their nasty Turkish champagne. If you get the location of the bartenders in the quiet bar, as we called it (at the entrance on the left, behind the pastry shop), then they will also pour it for you. Oh, so, it's paid). The number went to 5115. Overall, the location was good, but the air conditioner worked like a tractor. During cleaning, hygiene supplies were constantly not reported, and I had to write to the assistants. Cosmetics are no longer in small bottles, but in large eggplants, hanging in the shower. Lotion and shaving accessories on request. Of course, the hotel was tired, the carpet was dirty and faded, and there was a huge cockroach in the toilet, and they wrote about it, and they sent us a service. This is a boy who stood on the rim of the toilet bowl in sneakers and killed him... That's all. To get to your floor, you now need to attach a card in the elevator, otherwise it will not go. Beach towels are now on the cards, although they still give them away without looking. At the pier, you need to arrive at 7-00 to take a chaise longue. A DJ console and tables appeared on it, so there was less space for lying down. Discos are held there every night, so in the morning you can run into a lack of cleanliness. As for the dining room, there is a lot of food, but it is all fresh, not salty, without spices. The waiters are in no hurry to get to you, or even not at all. You can have a la carte lunch at Fillini's restaurant, although we were initially told that it was exclusively by appointment. Apparently, not everyone knows about it, so there are few people in it. You really need to sign up for it in the evening. I really liked the food. Asian restaurant for three, not tasty. Fish market near the beach, stuffy, the food is not delicious. The only thing was that the hot perch was not bad. I highly recommend visiting changam restaurant. It's paid, but everything is delicious, the waiters are amazing. I really didn't like that there were no zones, at least 16+. Those screaming kids were everywhere. Crazy parents are trying to drag them, even to a show where 18+ is indicated. They jump off the pier like crazy, you swim and think that someone is going to land on your head. In general, if you have been to hotels such as voyage, phaselis, dolphin, baruta, etc., then you definitely are not here.

And the absence of a star is only for the lack of territory, because for me it is very important. The sound insulation in the room is not very good, but it does not bother us. The food in the restaurant is great, there is everything to my taste! The staff serves quickly, everyone is polite. There are always tables available. There are no queues for food, maximum 1-2 people. There is a children's animation, a very modern playground. There are seals walking around the hotel ☺️ we like it! The beach is great, there are always free sun loungers. The water is clear. A gorgeous water park! Lots of slides, no queues. You can list the advantages for a long time. But a little more about the nuances. 1. It is far from the center, where you can have a nice time in Kaleichi or malls. A taxi from here costs 2 times more expensive than usual and can take an inexperienced tourist in the most roundabout way. You can take the bus, but go to Antalya Airport (for example) exactly one hour. 2. If anyone needs shopping, there is plenty of it nearby. From a variety of indoor and outdoor bazaars with Turkish replicas of brands from 5 euros to a small outlet with quite pleasant prices. There are shops on the territory, but expensive, of course. 3. The food is varied and delicious. Dinners are better than breakfasts - this is a common practice for Turkey. Lots of fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh pastries, an excellent grill, lots of fish, there are rolls and a separate children's table with small tables. The restaurant is open for admission until 21.30, but be ready for leftovers by 21.00. Another moment - here you are not free to choose the size of a piece or the volume of a portion. You are being imposed as in a pandemic. It's always inconvenient for me. Most often, they put it generously and it's a lot for me (even if I explain it) or, for example, a piece with fat that I don't eat. Or a slice of watermelon, although I want a small piece. 4. The rooms are quite simple, but well equipped: excellent cosmetics, slippers, bathrobes, coffee machine. The hotel is huge and to get to the room you need to lay time. In the evenings, loud music is everywhere until 23.30. You can't hide. 5. Walk to the beach for 5-6 minutes. Past the pools and the water park. There is an electric car, but there is a queue for it and sometimes battles. The beach is coarse sand, grayish sand (I don't really like it and it sticks hard and shakes off badly). If you arrive early, then there is a chance to take seats on the wooden pier. The sea is warm and pleasant. A little cloudy when worried. Deeply not straight away. The sand at the bottom is softer and denser than on the beach. Towels are given out, there are quite a lot of beds. The overall impression is very good.

There is a pastry shop with pastries and ice cream. 2. Rooms We're a little tired, but we have everything we need. They're big enough. Everything is more or less in working order. 3. The territory She's just not here. The whole area is one road to the beach under the scorching sun. That's it. There is a huge football field on one side and tennis courts on the other. The beach is normal. It's the worst territory I've ever seen. 4. Swimming pools. Boring. 2 concrete rectangles. 5. Entertainment. Everyone praises the theater very much. Yes, he's fine, but you need to understand that 5 minutes after the doors open, there are no seats. Wild queues at the bar. It's not worth it at all. Episodic programs on the beach, on the way to it. Not every day. And most importantly, it is not known what, where and when it will be. During the week of rest, no timetable was found. 6. Maintenance. A convenient chat in the what's app, where all issues are quickly resolved. 7. CLEANING. We can assume that it does not exist at all. It's scary to look at the carpet in the hallway. He probably hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner since the beginning of the season. Anyway, I've never seen it cleaned. Room cleaning is the same. 5 minutes, they dragged a dirty rag across the floor, the sand was removed, the cleaning was over. At the same time, I had to invite the cleaning staff several times, because the room had not yet been cleaned at 3 p.m. The cleaning system is not clear at all. Conclusion. Look for another hotel, as there is no shortage of them in Turkey in general and in Lara in particular.

Some were lazy, they could start serving on an old tablecloth😵💫 But in general, the employees work very hard, constantly running and doing something. For some reason, alcohol is not poured at the bar in the main restaurant, only through the waiters. Personally, it's easier for me to go myself than to catch a waiter for half an hour. The food is all behind the glass. This is a plus for me. Except for the boorish waiters with the phrases "why haven't you had enough?". And this was said when asked to add plain white rice!!! Mini club. We visited only in the evening and the place where the mini disco is held was very depressing. Some kind of paddock with a terrible floor covering. Animators do not try to attract children in any way, they dance sluggishly, switch songs in the middle. There is no communication with children at all, they come, do not greet, turn on music, move, then leave in silence. My child is a fan of these discos, she left in the middle. The cleaning is modest, for some reason they regularly forgot to put soap on. The assistants decided everything quickly, but every time they asked to bring soap, it was better to take it with them. The sea is wonderful! Clean (blue flag), sandy bottom with small pebbles, gentle approach. There are always plenty of free sun beds, towels are provided without cards. Take as much as you want! It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the sea from the hotel with a calm step with a child. Electric cars are running. On the beach, local traders steal swimming circles, and then sell them. For the first time in 17 years, I faced theft in Turkey and, most offensively, theft of the children's circle! Then they saw him at the dealer and took him back. He didn't even bother, he knows what he's doing. The hotel seems to be all modern and eco-friendly, but how much plastic is spent. The fruits on the beach are all in plastic containers, one of our families used them 10-15 pieces a day. But the tubes are paper, which dissolve in a glass. Here I described the disadvantages for the most part, in general, the rest was a success. Will I come again - no, will I recommend a hotel - yes.

We went on vacation with a child (2,6). I liked the hotel. The rooms are cozy, but they look a little outdated. Delicious varied food. We also visited a la carta restaurants, and the Meyhana restaurant became a favorite for food, service, and atmosphere. In terms of children's recreation: a comfortable playground, with an amazing children's program in the evenings. There are several pools and each has a children's area. The only downside to the children's pool near the water park is that the water there is colder than in the main pools.
