Lots of bars and greenery.Amazing Turkish coffee! We rested together from 27.09.2023 to 06.10.2023. Check-in from 14.00. If the rooms are available, they will be settled earlier. Our flight was early, there were no available rooms, so we had to wait. Due to the high workload of the hotel, I had to remind several times that it was time to move into our room (either it was not cleaned, or they were troubleshooting). SUPERIOR STANDARD ROOM. The room is spacious, the wave is designed for 3 people (a large double bed and a folding chair). The view was of a nearby hotel. It was located on the 6th floor. The air conditioning is acceptable (it does not get cold before the Yakut frosts). The cosmetic set was replenished daily (the second line of the Loxitan brand). Cleaning for 4 out of 5 (hair, dust, garbage). The technical staff solved all current issues promptly. The night music was audible (the shows, as a rule, ended at 23.00), but the sound insulation from the neighboring rooms and the corridor was just top!, there was complete silence. The minibar was replenished daily: cola, beer, mineral water, chips, nuts, tea set and coffee (nescafe). Meal: We had an ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE system. The concept that the food is served by chefs did not like it at all. Because of this, at each station of the queue, it is impossible to control the amount of food that gets into your plate, well, fatigue as a cook – only a couple of people worked there with a smile (for the rest, communication with residents is like hard labor). Entry into the sea is generally normal: small pebbles at the beginning, sand, cliff. At low tide, all this increases, but if you sail away to the pier level, then there is a 180 cm tall man standing on a sandbank. Activity: There is an animation team, conducts some activities (yoga). There is a children's club! Animation with children works from morning until late at night, during the evening shows by the pool, the children were busy with their activities. Evening shows and music: Shows from invited artists every other day, start late at 21.30. You can go have fun. But if you are late to the beginning, it is problematic to find a free place. Live music after the show. There is also music in the lobby every day. In the evening, you can find something to your liking. Vacationers: The audience is cool and diverse, 50% foreigners and 50% ours with immigrants from the CIS. There were no conflict situations between tourists. Together (a couple, lovers, young married couples) will be bored. The territory is large and well maintained. It's green, there are places with shade. The hotel is event-oriented. The zones are divided, and vacationers intersect only in restaurants. Other: The hotel is located almost at the beginning of Lara Street. You can walk to the shops (polo and English home, pharmacy have opened), you can take a bus from the bus stop to the terrace and Antalya mall, you can take a taxi (there is a button in the hotel itself, but the price is still not given by taximeter). The reception staff (several counters) left an ambiguous impression. Frankly, they weren't rude, but I can't call them friendly. There are a lot of people, as well as on the gestrelation. Personal managers are cool. All questions were answered promptly, no wonder they do not part with the phone without a hint. I rate the hotel at 5, since nothing critical has happened. A large business center has been built on the territory of the hotel, which regularly hosts congresses and forums for residents of Turkey. During the 12 days of our stay at the hotel, we found 2 forums, during these forums the hotel is completely filled with people in jackets and suits and you go to the pool and the sea in shorts, and they look at you like a fool if you come to a serious meeting without asking , this is a huge minus, you need to warn people in advance before by buying a ticket , you don 't have a hotel , but a solid business forum . The food in the restaurant became varied only on forum days , and only if you can stand in a huge queue .There is only one name from the Swedish table , there are trained people at each distribution who put a piece designed to feed the chick . For 12 days , there was not a single concert , show , or anything , although music was blaring every day in neighboring hotels . Also on the territory there is a large theater in which, at the end of our vacation, a party was held, to which we, and 15 other people who came after us , were not allowed , referring to the fact that it was impossible to wear flip-flops, although no one warned about it in advance, trying to find out at the reception why they had such an attitude towards guests and why they wouldn 't let us in , they told us that they have their own rules , if you don 't want to , don 't stay in their hotel .To sum it up, I can say that this is a hotel with a beautiful cover and just a dummy inside. Generally speaking, friends and comrades, if you want to spoil your vacation for yourself and your relatives, then feel free to go to Nirvana Cosmopolitan!

A hotel with a double impression, exclusively for adults! We had a rest in October 2022 2 adults + children 10 and 2.5liters, as well as our friends 2 adults + 1 child. The hotel has a lot of BUT... the service is disgusting, you will always get spoons / forks, etc., the restaurant on the beach is just a bunch of lazy people. Children's Club:on the playground in the evening, the smoke from the Turkish restaurant is simply unbearable (see photo), the toys are dead, the staff is good. Water park-there is one slide. Baby food for kids will be organized for you (delicious by the way), but it will be a roulette every day-maybe it will be, or maybe not. The windows are dirty in the common lobby, cleaning the room is bullshit, of course.My child was covered with a glass table (see photo) when he leaned on it with a typewriter, it turned out they were not fixed at all. We were complimented for all this when I wrote to the manager about everything, in the end I just deleted it because it was useless!!! Starbucks is like that, for me, a Nescafe corner (there is decaf coffee there) and a tea room is better. An Italian restaurant is just a joke to chickens, but I recommend Turkish! A good hotel for adults:the alcohol is excellent, the sea is normal (not the best option for kids), the show is super, Antalya is nearby. We chose because of the proximity to shopping and the presence of a playground for children on the street, which turned out to be a huge disadvantage.

This is a good hotel for business trips and corporate holidays. You can stay here if you come for a couple of days or fly by transfer (20 minutes by taxi to the airport). This hotel is also suitable for those people who live by sports: the main part of the territory is occupied by gyms and sports fields (for football, tennis, etc.). But just because of all this, I would not recommend the hotel to those who just want to relax, especially with their family. Other Nirvana Hotels are much more suitable for this and that's why... Some large companies are constantly vacationing here, and when this happens, the hotel turns into a noisy market with crowds of people, often not the most pleasant. For example, during my vacation, there was a congress of a certain Coral Club, which sells dietary supplements and is engaged in network marketing. The hotel was simply teeming with aunts over 40 who obsessively offered all visitors their products as a cure for all diseases. That is, they could just, realizing that I speak Russian, get to the bottom of the elevator, saying, "you look bad, obviously you don't have enough..." and then the outright dilution began, and so intrusive that the Gypsies would envy. And the restaurants were crowded, the noise, the hubbub, the fucked-up waiters and the staff in general. As for the staff and restaurants, everything is fine here: high-quality room service, delicious food, everyone is very polite, even in conditions of an influx of tourists. Most of them speak English, some understand Russian. But before booking, I highly recommend that you make inquiries beforehand whether there will be a congress of some GAZMAS LLC during your stay at the hotel, otherwise you will not have a rest as such. I also do not advise those who are absolutely not interested in sports to come here. Because of the sports facilities here, you will simply have nothing to do - there is no territory for an ordinary person as such. The exception will be if you are going to Turkey for shopping. There is a clothing market, many local shopping malls and a currency exchange within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. You can buy things (I bought a great backpack for myself). There is also a very small beach here. But there are pools, including a large heated pool. You can swim even in the cold season. But still, I highly appreciated the hotel as part of the Nirvana Hotels company, as I had the opportunity to visit their other hotels and they really left me with some of the most vivid and pleasant memories in my life. It's just that this particular hotel specializes in catering to corporations and athletes. Keep this in mind when you plan your trip!

We had a rest in September. The staff is polite everywhere. Upon check-in, we conducted a tour of the hotel. It is very convenient that all issues can be resolved through WhatsApp. The room was on the second floor. Pretty shabby and uncomfortable. The bathroom is made of glass, it is impossible to go to the toilet at night so as not to wake up the family with light. The air conditioner is VERY loud. The cleaning is weak - even at check-in there were hairs from previous tenants and greasy handprints on the surfaces. Of the advantages, only good hard mattresses. And the safety of things - phones and jewelry were constantly left in the room, nothing was missing. The food is monotonous, but mostly delicious. Don't get fooled by red fish, it tastes like dyed mackerel) There is no point in going to meat Alaska - you will find the same thing on the buffet. Alfredo and tiramisu pasta are delicious in Italian. There is a delicious limoncella in the bar. And very good desserts at the coffee shop (especially cheesecake with chocolate sauce) and coffee are better than at Starbucks. By the way, there is only one name from Starbucks - the coffee there is tasteless, respectively, and there are almost no people. There is no territory. If you are not an athlete, then for you there is only a path to the beach and chairs near the tea room. The beach is clean, good sun beds, normal access to the sea. But the towels are full of holes and stains, and the garbage pots seem to have never been washed. The evening program is monotonous, the artists are the same. A cabaret in a theater is like an amateur performance concert in some kind of recreation center)) sign up for free classes at the art studio in advance, places fly away quickly. A good dry sauna and snow nearby - it's nice to wipe yourself on the way out. But the hammam is icy.

A wonderful hotel! We have not seen such a quality of food in any of the neighboring hotels, the bar is a special thanks, there are absolutely all popular drinks, and the bartenders in any bar make absolutely any cocktails! For the convenience of guests, a personal manager is attached to each room (not to be confused with the concierge service), who helps with organizational issues in WhatsApp and sends a schedule of activities and entertainment programs every morning, and there are just an incredible number of them here. There is a full-fledged aqua park and 2 pools on the territory, we rested in early September and the water in them was about 27 °. The beach strip is wide, there are enough sun loungers, we came around 10 and could always find free ones, there was a party at the pier in the bar every other day. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable with a set of different pillows and huge. There are Loxitan cosmetics in the bathroom! If you want to visit this hotel and be satisfied, you need to understand that the hotel has a sports bias and most of it is given over to 2 professional football fields, as well as a large fitness center, so there is no green area with a garden where you can walk. The hotel also accepts guests with pets.
