This hotel is suitable for two purposes: 1. Pre-season training camps of the football team, 2. Conference. Everything. The hotel is UNSUITABLE for family holidays. There are very few green areas, only one alley, on both sides of the hotel there are other hotels located quite close, the noise of generators, construction equipment, tractors, garbage being loaded with a roar is constantly heard... Smoking is allowed on the balconies, so if a neighbor smokes, non-smokers accept my condolences. And even if you get an elite room in the central section with a view of two bare football fields with a couple of dozen palm trees on the side, along a single alley, you will be covered with smoke from the grill during the day, and in the evening from garbage burned in the trash 5 meters from the hotel. If you want to relax, CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE.

Our vacation was ruined from the moment we checked in, they gave us a room on the 1st floor, it was impossible to open the balcony, it smelled like fried food, dirt and hair were lying in lumps in the room, spilled stains and dust on the table, it was the first time I saw such dirt in a newly cleaned room. It was only with the scandal that my one-year-old child and I were finally settled after 3 p.m. in a more or less clean room, naturally the child had already started to have hysterics by that time. They don't know what hotel cleaning is, in principle, they changed the linen once all the time and checked for torn, all the linen in holes, I haven't seen this even in hotels with lower stars, not like a hotel that claims to be premium.. The floors in the room are all black with dirt, they should have been washed at least once. The food in the restaurant is good, but we didn't see much variety during our stay, if you eat with children, the children will have nothing to eat, several vacationers had the same problem, there was nothing to feed the child. There is no separate table with a blender and bottle warmer for children like in other good fives, at first there were jars of fruit puree , and in recent days they have disappeared .. we had to buy separate food for the baby in migros, otherwise the child would have remained hungry. In general, for holidays with children, it is better to choose another hotel, for the same price you can find much better conditions, we have something to compare with, we definitely will not return here. In the photo, the only thing they can offer for baby nutrition.

The rooms are spacious. Of the cons. There are two football fields on the territory. That's why the beach is clogged. All drinks are served through the waiters. We stayed at this hotel in July 2022. Everything looks beautiful and cool, but there are a lot of BUTS, as it turned out... The rooms are cleaned very poorly, we can say that they just dragged a dirty rag, hair and garbage just stuck to the floor... The main restaurant is also something. The staff does not want to approach at all, even tips do not help, there are no appliances on free tables, they are also a whole problem to interrogate. The glasses are terribly washed after the juice that stuck to them... But it finally killed this lipstick, which they didn't even try to wash ... Carrying someone else's smelly towels and waiting for their owners to come, is that 5 stars? Gazebos on the beach - 120 euros. We booked through a personal assistant, we come - she is busy, our reservation is not available. We planned a special day, instead we stood with the child in the heat while the issue was being resolved and did not resolve in any way. They were terribly upset. We sent an appeal to the management. There was no feedback. The waiters in the restaurant do not speak English. It's not easy to get water, appliances, and a glass of wine. There is something to compare it with, SO they don't work in good hotels. About personal assistants. Reservation a la carte from 8:00. You write at 8 - they are silent. You remind me at 9 - there are no more places. So we went. And so it is in everything. Among the advantages of the hotel, I will note the quality of food and drinks, a coffee shop with chocolate, a large water park, clean linen and towels.

The location is very convenient from the airport, 15 minutes. The territory is beautiful, green, there are many beautiful flowering shrubs and trees. The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained. The food is good, tasty, a lot of different snacks, cheeses, olives, fruits. Meat is mostly chicken, there was never any seafood. Probably 50% of the hotel staff can be said not to speak Russian at all. The beach is clean, nice, beautiful, there are a lot of sunbeds. The only disadvantage of this hotel is the cleaning of the room. Towels were changed every day. The bed linen was changed every other day, even after two days. The mini bar was replenished daily. But the cleaning itself (floor, bedside tables) is surface-based. They wiped it with a dry cloth and that's it. All sticky spots, footprints from previous tenants (and not from some, but from all the changing ones) are very clearly visible. At first we even thought that our floors had not been washed at all, then we realized what was the matter.

There were problems with the bar in the room - I constantly forgot to put it down, I had to be reminded. Cleaning has the same thing. The pool- heated from 26 to 28 degrees - was no more than 24 degrees. Hamam- just attaching a photo. No comments. Why is there a backlight on the floor in the room if there are carpets!? We had a rest in November 2022.

Large (9th floor), near the airport (8km), a wide sandy beach with a gentle entrance to the sea (there is enough space for everyone!), almost round-the-clock meals (you definitely won't stay hungry), daily professional shows, unobtrusive animators and guides (if desired, you can always take part). Among the disadvantages are the insufficient quality of room cleaning, the need for cosmetic repairs. And, in general, the rest is great and I would come back again.

The cleaning in the rooms and on the beach is not very good. In the bed before arrival, I found a broken Black hair nail on the floor, someone's used toothpick. The mood is greatly overshadowed by the room itself is very large and spacious, but be prepared with a neighbor behind the wall to hear all his evening broadcasts of night snoring.. if your windows overlook the following hotels and the courtyard where the evening shows are going on, you will not fall asleep until one o'clock in the morning.. in a restaurant in dirty aprons, cooks are wielding a knife with you, slicing meat and fruit and all this can fly in different directions, food is thrown into plates, you will not wait for waiters in the restaurant, get ready to run after them and for drinks. There is no feeling of constant noise, there is no relaxation, the beach is full of cigarette butts in bottles, I have never seen the beach staff, in fragments (I personally stepped on the glass from the bottle), all the sunbeds are close to each other, people smoke on the beach. The territory is very large but ill-conceived for vacationers , there is nowhere to walk , only one narrow sidewalk on which an electric car will drive to the beach and back . The overall impression is that everything looks very cool and beautiful, but it's worth dropping all the flaws on your face. The hotel welcomes anyone, but not families with children. They are ready to accept families with cats, dogs, non-traditional couples, a lot of gays and strange stoned youth. At the same time, there is a children's club and a water park on the territory. According to the club, it is very weak, one small room for children, but we read about it and knew where we were going. According to the water park, the water is very cold, it is stated to be 20 degrees, but possibly lower. It is also very cold in the pools, the heated one has been turned off since May 1st. We were offered to go to the pool in the spa area, well, such a pleasure. The rooms are hastily made, of poor quality. the room is poorly cleaned, the floors are constantly dirty. The staff is diverse. A very pleasant bartender in the main building, Veronica, and disgusting bartenders on the beach, ignore and stupidly lazy to do their job. The beach is normal, the only wooden paths are not prepared for the new summer season, my husband, my children and I put on the mausoleum on the first day. Everything is fine with the food, the only global plus, everyone writes about it.

We rested at this hotel from 08/20 to 08/27. There are no questions for bartenders, waiters, spa staff, food, alcohol. There are questions about everything else. They provide the service of a personal assistant who does not solve your questions, he is always not in his place, the assistant does not respond to your messages / questions / requests, you have to solve them yourself or through a manager. The only person who really works for the benefit of this hotel is the beautiful Ekaterina Malysheva, who solved absolutely all our issues, which were supposed to be solved by a personal assistant. Next, questions about the numbers. The description said that the rooms were renovated in 2021. Where is this renovation, the big question. The air conditioners in the rooms are noisy, creaking, flowing(!). If the repair was done, it was very sloppy and very mediocre. First, they settled into a terrible room, which had a terrible smell of sewage, while this room was lower in category than what was paid for. After a long scandal at the reception, they were moved to a room of the right category. In general, I would like to say that the hotel administration, in principle, is not in the mood for dialogue and creating comfort for you. We wanted to arrange a late check-out, to which they offered us a price of 20 € per hour(!), after the same long scandal, we extended the room in another building. Firstly, the room in the other building had a terrible door in the toilet, which did not close, and secondly, after 1.5 hours of absence from the room, the air conditioner flowed there, which flooded almost the entire floor and almost wet things. Therefore, before going to this hotel, think about the cons and pros. I attach the corresponding photos of the "repair" and the air conditioner.
