They cleaned in different ways, some conscientiously, and some took money and pretended to clean, it all depended on the shift. The beach itself is great for the area. There was a problem with the sun beds, it was necessary to occupy them early in the morning until 7.00, this was the only thing that affected the quality of rest.

The hotel is just great!! It is large, the territory is beautiful, everything is well maintained. There are separate houses, different categories of rooms and houses, the houses themselves are in different architectural styles. There is a place to take pictures!!
Returning to the territory, there is a place to walk and a lot of roads and paths. There is even a zoo with animals, we found it on the 5th day of our stay.
The staff is responsive, courteous, there are no complaints at all. Bars are open 24 hours a day, cocktails are available. If there is a paradise in the world, it is this land.
The cuisine is Russian, even the borscht was excellent, I ate it for several days. There are no complaints either.

Excellent location, the sea is always clean and warm. The beach is also clean and large, there is a lot of space and you do not need to worry that there will be no free sunbeds.

Gorgeous, clean sea, comfortable sun beds, order on the beach by QR code. We lived in a Deluxe Sea View room in the Venice building, very comfortable, especially a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, the view is wonderful.

A wonderful family vacation in August of the 24th year.
Services are provided efficiently and quickly. The staff strives to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a minimum of obsession, there are minor shortcomings (such as a lack of free tables in restaurants during rush hours), but the staff tries their best. A big bonus is the support service, any request is there and everything is fine.
Gorgeous sea, water park, shows, bars, chocolate factory, restaurants, territory, gym. The rooms are clean and comfortable (anyway, you only sleep in them), the hotel territory is convenient for both active and passive recreation. There are many leisure options, everything is compact. The first time we rested at this hotel in September 2023 with my mother, we took a Deluxe. I liked everything, the service, the food, the room, and the territory. This year we were with children, adults, we also took 2 deluxe rooms for 2 weeks. What I want to say.. Apparently, due to the need to save money, the assortment and the number of service personnel have changed towards a decrease. The waiters do not have time, they often have to wait for the table to be cleared in the main restaurant. But the slowest service with a lot of mistakes, unfortunately, is in the Fellini restaurant... A complete disappointment.. I think that 95% of these shortcomings are caused by management. Because there was a place where there were no flaws and no complaints at all - this is the territory under the administration of Mustafa Bey.
We took boars for the whole period, and received excellent service and, accordingly, a great mood and a great vacation!! Mustafa Bey was always on the spot and watched over his employees!! Bravo and many thanks!!
About restaurants and maps.
I really liked the Turkish restaurant. Music, food- there are no complaints.
French restaurant- just left after 2 courses. It's very tasteless.
A restaurant on the lighthouse for a fee is not worth your money at all. A beautiful view-yes, it's romantic, but only if you got seats at the fence, and not in the center of the hall, the musical accompaniment is depressing, and the food drives you into heavy sadness because of the absolute tastelessness..
Therefore, my conclusion is that you can and should go, but only if you additionally pay for your stay in the private territory of kaban under the management of Mustafa Bey!

We had a rest in September-October 2024. A very ambiguous assessment. On the one hand, there is a magnificent sea, an excellent design and architectural solution of the entire complex, very good rooms (lived in the Portofino building), spacious and comfortable. The territory is beyond praise - large, green, excellent walking paths, a zoo, a large swimming pool (not one). A very interesting solution for all buildings is the impression that you get to an Italian town of the Mediterranean.
On the other hand, there is a complete lack of service organization: in the main restaurant you will never find a table completely ready to receive guests - either there are no napkins, or salt, or pepper, or sugar, or all together. Table preparation is mainly reduced to shaking off a napkin, wiping, and even more so washing, tables are not accepted. I strongly advise you to check cutlery and plates before use, the quality of washing is still the same. They never brought a teaspoon with tea. When asked to bring one, they brought one for two. The waiters had to be literally fished out. When asked to bring tea, coffee, juice, etc., you always get the answer "yes, sir." After that, he (she) disappears and you catch another one. Once we waited 35 minutes for juice.
The situation is similar in bars (slightly better in the lobby). Cocktail recipes by bartenders (not all) they don't know much - when asked to make Negroni (one of the oldest and most popular drinks), they gave me whiskey with juice and ice. I'm not talking about the percentage. Ice can be poured into cognac or an orange can be thrown.
The fruits in the restaurant were amazing - for the whole time (20 days) 2-3 times there were figs, apples and pears, as if from our Magnet, grapes like last year's from the refrigerator, no melon, watermelon sweet every other time. In general, the food is monotonous and not very tasty, there are no highlights, for example, baked goose or duck or turkey, or salmon baked in salt (in other hotels this has always been the case, it's a kind of show). There are a lot of dishes on display behind glass counters - first you wait or call a restaurant employee, then you explain with gestures what and how much you want - it's very inconvenient. For example, you approach the fruits - the plates are not on the left, right, bottom, but only on the left, and everyone is pushing back and forth. The whole distribution is organized in such a way as to create a queue.
It's a problem to sign up for a la carte restaurants, but there's nothing to do there (purely a subjective opinion).
The hotel guide - it would be better if she did not talk about the excursions offered, everything is not as she said.
A separate story with the places on the pier - it came to collisions. people are occupied at 05 a.m.
The management of the hotel must definitely be changed.
Do not think that this is a grumpy review. I have been retired for a long time, I rest here every year 1-2 times a year. this is the first time in this hotel, I have rested before only in 5* hotels. For example, in Rixos, here in Tekkirov, the organization of service is much better, but the rooms, of course, are much better in Nirvana.
Draw your own conclusions. Have a nice rest.

We lived on Roman street, a room with a view of the water park. Yes, I agree that the number is not wow. But it is large enough, an excellent solution-both a shower cabin and a bathtub, a wardrobe, comfortable mattresses. There were no complaints about the room, it was quite fresh.
Among the disadvantages of living: if you put drawers for collecting dishes in the residential building on the stairs, then it would not be superfluous to clean these dishes anyway, because the smells from there are like from a dumpster. The staircase in the building is also not washable, lumps of dirt (where did they find it?), puddles from spilled drinks, drops of blood. We hardly use the elevator, but walking up these stairs is extremely unpleasant.
Otherwise, there are no complaints. Excellent food. I don't know what you can be dissatisfied with here. There is a large selection, almost everything is delicious, an excellent choice of grill (salmon, beef steaks, dorada). For lunch and dinner there is always seafood (mussels, squid, shrimp). Delicious cheeses. For breakfast daily, lightly salted salmon in large quantities.
The waiters are serving! Always!
The sea is beautiful, the beach is great.
Special thanks to the hotel administration for resolving the issue with the "occupants" of the sunbeds at 6.00!
Personal consultants also eat their bread for a reason! We are always in touch, ready to help.
I definitely recommend the hotel. I do not understand how one can judge the discrepancy between "price and quality". Where do those who are unhappy with this ratio get an idea of the costs that the hotel incurs for our stay there?

Please draw the attention of the hotel management to this big drawback, since this summer we rested in your network only in another region and there the assistants did more than we asked and left excellent impressions about the hotel. In this hotel, we talked with other guests, they have the same opinion. They only helped the hotel guests who were tour agents, there were a lot of them during our stay, and they just hammered a big bolt on ordinary guests.

The rooms are very old, the air conditioning is not very good anywhere, it barely blows. I had to change 3 rooms! In the heat, this is the most important thing, but no. The staff just say that it's hot, he can't cope (of course, because he's old! ) but there is a fountain in the main building and a beautiful reception with a huge chandelier. You can immediately see what is more important for the hotel. The comfort of the guest is not important here.
The worst thing that ruined almost the whole impression was the discos under the windows until 12-1.00 at night almost every day!!!!!!!!! The music is just pounding, people are yelling. Closing windows does not help. We took a deluxe room with a sea view, got into the main building and that's such a setup! We didn't write about this noise anywhere in advance!!!!!!!
It's impossible to sleep, respectively, you don't sleep every day until almost 1 am - such a rest!!!!! And in the evening there are a lot of animations in the form of music and singing by the sea, from 20 to 1.00 am something is constantly playing somewhere. You will not be able to enjoy the silence and the sound of the waves. There is silence in the distant rooms, but the repairs there are generally tin. 2-3 stars max, everything is ruined.
I wrote to the assistants' chat - they just offered to meet with the management - it's unclear why. No one even apologized!!!!! At least just in words in the chat.

A wonderful hotel. There are 11 restaurants inside, a large selection of food and drinks. There are tennis courts, a mini-football field, a gym, and saps in the morning.
The rooms are located far from the evening party area, so the rooms are quiet. The room stock is good, there are updated rooms, some with old repairs, but they also look good.
The only point is that children from 10-18 years old do not have much entertainment: you can not use the gym even with your parents and you can also go for a ride on boots only from the age of 16.
For the very little ones there is a mini club and a mini disco.

Great hotel! Excellent location, clean and gentle sea, responsive and friendly staff. We arrived early. We were already at the hotel at 7.00. We checked in at 9.00, we did not have to wait for the set check-in time. The food is good, of course, one could find fault with something. But by and large, these are small things against the background of the advantages of the hotel. The rooms, apparently, have not all been renovated, but not to say that they critically require it. The air conditioner didn't work well, but again it wasn't critical. We rested together from 30.06.2024 to 07.07.2024. The hotel has a highlight. It's a catamaran. If you rest from 7 nights, then a half-day walk on it is free. With a visit to the bay for swimming, breakfast and lunch. I have been to many places in Turkey, but this has not been provided by more than one hotel. The impressions from this walk are wonderful.

We had a vacation together with my husband in September 2024. The description of the hotel can be read everywhere, so I will write only our impressions.
Positive:
1. Large, well-maintained territory. There is a place to walk, something to do throughout the day. Water park, tennis courts, mini zoo, several piers, many restaurants, etc.etc. Everything is in excellent condition, well maintained.
2. Because of clause 1 - even with full occupancy of the hotel, there was no "crush" anywhere, even in the dining room at rush hour there were only small queues for some dishes. The tables are cleaned promptly, so we never waited for a place to eat.
3. The staff is friendly, there are Russian-speaking staff. All issues were resolved on the spot (although we had no problems, we only asked for information)
4. All alcohol in bars is imported, there are almost all popular drinks. The beer is also decent, bottled.
5. The sea is the purest, gorgeous color. From the central pier you can feed the fish, I swam among them while my husband was feeding - very cool). The beach is long, the entrance to the sea is acceptable (small pebbles).
6. The feature of the hotel is the Moonlight boat, on which you can go on a day trip once and have dinner at the restaurant once (for stays of more than 7 days in my opinion). On Fridays, discos are also held on it. We liked it)
7. The hotel is rather not a party (or rather not wildly party), which is a huge plus for us. A lot of family, mostly relaxing holidays. There are discos: on the beach in the distance, but I didn't see many people gathering there. For vacationers in the main building, the sounds of the disco will be heard very well, they did not interfere with us (we lived on Istanbul Street).

1. The air conditioner in our room was seen by Suleiman I. It works according to age, it is very noisy. My husband cleaned the mesh himself (it was covered in dust), stopped making noise for 2 days, then they got used to it.
2. Before our check-in, the room was hastily cleaned - I saw a couple of long black hair in the corners.
3. I didn't like how meat is cooked - I tried different things every day in the main restaurant - everything is over-dried like a shoe)
4. Bartenders either don't know how to cook cocktails or don't want to. I didn't like any of the cocktails that were requested. Then a lot of alcohol, then syrup, then something else)
5. For those who are glad to have a stable on the territory: horseback riding is not possible, because there is no ammunition for horses.
6. Well, the most favorite is the sun beds, which are occupied by bundles at 5 in the morning, and then crawl out only to lie on them for lunch. In general, this is probably for vacationers, not for the hotel, but the staff does not monitor the sun beds and does not remove "unattended" towels, as indicated on the sign at the entrance to the beach.

We had a vacation in October 2024, came with family and friends. This is a great way to relax in this format. The territory is huge, if desired, you can get lost, there is a zone for everyone. The food is delicious and varied. Children are delighted with the mini club, good children's animation. There are great shows for adults every night. We really enjoyed the ride on the catamaran mulight, we drank, danced, had fun, this has never been seen in any hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel!

We rested in a big company. Beautiful territory. A clean beach. Sun beds by the sea had to be occupied, however, from morning to breakfast. There is something for young people to do. Delicious food. No vacation has ever left such a dual feeling, so I will write in detail :)
Let's start with the pros:
- Food. It is diverse, delicious, hot-cold-soups-desserts for every taste, and everything is made really soundly and from good products. Own bread, pastries, bagels and pide, mini pizzas are also just great. We went to a la carte 2 times (in the lobby and on the boat) and there are no complaints about the quality either. In the pool area, there are probably the most delicious waffles in my life;
- Water park. It's really big and cool, it took the children 3 days, and us adults too, although I'm not a fan at all;
- Good alcohol, both classics and more complex cocktails are successfully mixed in bars;
- A beautiful well-groomed territory, which is also constantly cleaned, cleaned, washed, trimmed, etc. The advantages of the territory are its own bay, that is, there are no other hotels on one side of the hotel, it is very comfortable and makes the sea view especially cool;
- A cold pool under the roof. It was a plus for us, since in the hottest weather you can go plunge into the ice pool - it is not indoors, but in conditional arches, but completely in the shade and retains its freshness and pleasantness until the end of the day;
- The boat. If you stay longer than 7 nights, the price includes a small cruise on the local Moonlight boat (to the bay and back). A pleasant addition, sailing on a boat, having breakfast, drinking sparkling wine, sunbathing with a view of the mountains - a pure thrill. You can also have dinner on the ship once every three days (as an a la carte reservation).
Now about the cons:
- Numbers. It seems that even in boarding houses somewhere in the Moscow region, the rooms are monitored more. It would be fine if they were just worn (in general, a common problem for many hotels in Turkey), but they simply have unrealistic audibility of neighbors. We lived in the main building, perhaps there is no such problem in other buildings, but I really woke up at 6 a.m. for several days from the sound of, sorry, pissing people in the next room. Any showering or flushing/opening of the faucet is infernally audible over the riser. Chatter, TV, lovemaking - you can hear EVERYTHING, and it's just a nightmare. Fortunately, I don't sit in my room on vacation, but considering the cost of the hotel, I didn't even believe at first that such poor sound insulation was possible in a hotel of this level. Fat is a fat minus for this;
- Service. Cleaning is one name, they don't clean at all. Guest Relations, it seems, do not even understand themselves why someone comes up to them all the time with questions, there was a feeling that we were distracting them from something important all the time. And the most terrible thing is the reception staff. Despite the fact that in general the staff (waiters, bartenders, rescuers, etc.) are very friendly and try to help, it was the response that caused only a negative, and on the very first day. They seriously gave my husband and me a room with two separate beds and could not understand why we were unhappy. Well, in principle, we were not determined to solve our problems in any way. Our friends who bought a room with a sea view were initially given a room with a side sea view, although this is a different price a priori. After the removal of the brain and the ordeal (of course, without the participation of guest relations, which simply eliminated itself as soon as it realized that we did not like the rooms), the rooms were still given what they should have been. After that, we talked to the reception a couple more times and it was always friendly.
Total: For the territory, the food, the beautiful bay, the boat and the water park - thank you from the bottom of my heart, they made the rest truly fulfilling and enjoyable. But something definitely needs to be done with the room stock and service, otherwise there is a risk of losing customers, taking into account the rather high cost of living.

Our Rush was filmed in this hotel, Slavyan and Dimon were vacationing nowhere on the Turkish shores. One of the advantages is a clean and large pebble beach, a large territory and spacious rooms. The disadvantages are poor service and mediocre food. We went there solely because of the beach.

Wonderful evening shows, discos on a catamaran. A saltwater swimming pool, a zoo, a water park, a beer bar on the beach, yoga, Pilates and much more. I would like to have an "18+" zone on the beach, because children run, scream all over the beach and this is not always pleasing...
