A cool place on the very shore of the lake, the houses are decent, the owners are very friendly

We were out of season, we didn't freeze in mid-October, except for the bathroom - in general, this is common for Armenia. The price for a house of 3 rooms (living room/kitchen + 2 bedrooms) is very affordable.
